Since the reform and opening up,private education has been developing rapidly,and has become an important force in the growth of education and in promoting education reform.In June 2016,the "Blue Book of China's education industry" was published.Since the promulgation of the law on the promotion of private education at the end of 2002,the status of private education in China has gradually increased,and the total number of private schools at all levels has increased by 1.5 times,and the number of schools in school has increased by 2.7 times.In the era of economic globalization and service internationalization,the private education and training market is booming,and the education and training market in our country will enter the era of inner work and scale,the market competition will be increasingly fierce and the future of the industry can be expected.While the competition in the education market is fierce,the demand for education outside the school is increasing,including the needs of language learning,the need for skill learning,the need for interest in learning,or the needs of vocational education.In many educational counseling needs,language demand accounts for most of the market.Facing the increasingly fierce competition and the increasing number of consumers,as an educational institution,we must do a good job in marketing if we want to get profits.In this paper,the marketing of education and training institutions is studied,and the example of the Wall Street English education and training institution,which entered the Chinese market in 2003,is taken as an example.The enterprise has been positioning the high-end training market.Up to now,only 11 first-line cities in China have opened straight stores.If they have not developed to the new market,it is possible.It will be squeezed out by other competitors to occupy more markets,and good marketing will be helpful to the future development.Based on SWOT analysis,customer relationship management and new media marketing theory,this paper comprehensively uses literature analysis,theoretical analysis and case analysis to analyze the current situation of education and training institutions and the marketing of Wall Street English,and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the marketing.The author suggests that Wall Street English should find opportunities to enter the new market in a timely manner and enrich its product structure.
