In 1987,the National Education Commission issued the teaching syllabus of full-time primary and secondary labor technical courses,and formally put forward the requirements for conducting labor and technical education courses in ordinary primary and secondary schools.The labor and technical education courses are carried out in all parts of our country,which experienced the development process in twists and turns.In the past 30 years,Hubei Province has also begun to explore and compile local labor and technical education local textbooks for the use of primary and secondary schools in Hubei Province,according to the teaching outline issued by the State Education Commission(now Ministry of Education),according to the actual situation of the region.The exertion of the effectiveness of labor and technical education in primary and secondary schools is inseparable from the selection of textbooks and the preparation of textbooks.It not only determines the teaching methods of teachers,but also directly affects the effect of student learning.Textbooks for labor and technical education in primary and secondary schools are affected by the nature of the curriculum.The content is linked to the reality of life and is close to the student's life.It reflects the practicality of labor technical knowledge and the demonstration of operational skills.Therefore,this thesis attempts to clarify the history of the compilation of labor and technical education textbooks in Hubei province from the development history of textbooks for the primary and secondary schools students in Hubei province in the past 30 years,to grasp the external characteristics and internal attributes of textbook changes,and to combine the specific from the perspective of actual needs and the development of the times,it can examine the strategies that textbooks can be improved,and provide valuable reference for the effective implementation of labor and technical education in ordinary primary and secondary schools in Hubei Province.This thesis uses text analysis,literature,interviews and historical research methods to collect,summarize,and systematically analyze the development history of provincial and elementary school labor and technical education textbooks.It consists of the following four parts.First of all,this thesis analyzes the origin of the problem,the purpose and significance of the study,literature review,concept definition,and research content at home and abroad,and explains the specific methods of the study.Second,the relevant theoretical basis for the compilation of teaching materials for labor and technical education in primary and secondary schools is introduced.Thirdly,the division of the history of the development of labor technical textbooks in primary and secondary schools was divided into two phases:From 1987 to 2001,the textbooks were in the development stage of exploration;From 2001 to the present,the textbooks were changing in the development stage.The author introduced in detail the implementation of the labor courses in the corresponding historical stage,categorized the content and style of the used textbooks,and made a comprehensive analysis and evaluation.Lastly,the development and evolution process of provincial primary and secondary school labor technical education textbooks was rationally examined on the three five aspects:the function of textbooks,the common problems existing in the new and old editions of textbooks,the characteristics of convergence between the new and old textbooks,the characteristics of the development and evolution of the new editions of textbooks and the choice of future practical education textbooks improvement.The author believes that the.compilation of primary and secondary school labor technology textbooks must be combined with the background of the times and the needs of reality in five major aspects to promote and improve labor and technical texts books of Hubei province,including:improving the informatization and technology of the contents of the labor and technical textbook,paying attention to the infiltration of moral education,giving full significance to the local characteristics and cultural connotations,advocating innovation consciousness and spirit of cooperation,which can give full play to the guidance and guiding role of labor technical textbooks in teaching and the basis for quality evaluation.
