Study On The Application Of The Growth Group In Improving Interpersonal Skills Of Children In Cities

With the acceleration of urbanization,the migration of migrant workers has become a normal phenomenon.In this process,a new special group has been created-the children of the city.They are faced with some problems in the strange city environment,one of the most important is the interpersonal issues,often there is a deviation form of self-awareness,social phobia,lack of interpersonal skills,etc.The author use the questionnaire survey method,structured interview method and participatory observation of shenzhen Z trailing children face the problems and needs of community investigation,found that Z community most trailing children faced with lack of self-esteem,social phobia,easy to conflict with others such as interpersonal issues.On the basis of this,the author adopts the method of group work to carry out practical exploration,and carries out the "learning communication,happy growth" city with children's interpersonal skills improvement group.Under the guidance of the theory of cognitive behavior and the theory of advantage,the development group model was adopted,and five groups were designed and carried out.To establish the correct self-awareness,reasonable control emotions,empathy,to master interpersonal skills in four aspects as the access point,aimed at improving city trailing children's interpersonal ability,so that it better in community life,achieve healthy growth.The author in the article on five activities carried on the detailed description and analysis,using the questionnaire survey and random interviews,through feedback team members and their parents as well as the reflection of social workers,the effect of the group's goals and evaluation.It proves that the group work has certain applicability in improving the interpersonal communication ability of children in the city,and has accumulated relevant experience for social work in the field of children and adolescents.
