Low-income family children, compared with the ordinary family children, have certain disadvantages in the family environment, so it is necessarily focused by the government and the society. This not only needs to support the low-income family environment, also helps children's ability. Interpersonal skills, as an important social ability, also importantly affect the survival and development of them. However, current research is more of a description on the current situation of children's interpersonal problems and theoretical countermeasures, a lack of intervention research and effective verification. Based on this, this study use growth group work methods to intervene the low-income family children's interpersonal skills, and use the subscales of interpersonal quality to assess the intervention effectiveness of this method, which will provide empirical support and practical experience for their interpersonal skills intervention later.As for the intervention methods, use growth group work method to go on three-month intervention for eight low-income family children in intervention group, from interpersonal perception, interpersonal communication skill and interpersonal regulation skill. On the effectiveness evaluation, use the subscales of interpersonal quality to carry out the pretest and posttest for the intervention group and the control group, and according to the scale's dimension analyze interpersonal skills'change in the intervention group. The results showed that:First, the pretest and posttest's results in the control group did not show significant difference (P= 0.053> 0.05), and the pretest and posttest's results in the intervention group showed significant difference (P= 0.002< 0.05), which also mean growth group work method in these children's interpersonal skills is effective. Secondly, after the intervention, it has a different degree of increase on the dimension of interpersonal communication, interpersonal regulation and interpersonal perception on the whole, but they have a smaller growth on the interpersonal perception dimension. Interpersonal adaptability, communication ability, listening ability, expressive and summarizing abilities of euphemism, admiration and interaction confidence showed different degrees of positive change. In general, growth group work method helps low-income families children's interpersonal ability to ascend.
