| According to the statistics of the Ministry of civil affairs in 2017,there are about millions of children in distress in China,a large number.In recent years,with China’s children’s welfare gradually changing from the compensation welfare to the moderate inclusive welfare,the state has issued a series of special policies to strengthen the material assistance and assistance for children in distress,and ensure the basic life of children in distress.However,the mental health problems,personality needs and their potential value of children in need of further exploration.Self awareness is an important indicator of children’s mental health,which refers to the individual’s awareness of themselves and their surrounding relationships,including three dimensions: self cognition,self-evaluation and self-regulation.Objective self-evaluation,positive self acceptance and healthy self-image are important signs of mental health.Based on the mental health service project of children in distress in Qingdao West Coast new area,this study analyzes the status quo of self-awareness,influencing factors and group work intervention methods of children in distress.This research mainly uses the scale method and the interview method to collect the data,and carries on the process research through the growth group.The results show that: the overall score of self-awareness of children in distress is low,and there are self cognitive bias,low self-evaluation,negative emotional experience,strong self-control and other performance;from the perspective of social ecology,the factors that affect the self-awareness of children in distress mainly include: The main caregivers’ cognition and evaluation of children in distress,social expectation,parenting style,cognition of the relationship with peer groups and teachers in school,community environment,social labels,etc.Based on the advantage perspective and "I in the mirror" theory,we carried out the growth group work,designed the group work from the three systems of individuals,families and social workers,and from the three levels of self-awareness,to help children in distress gradually obtain rational self-awareness,obtain positive emotional experience,learn to manage their emotions,and be able to make judgments in line with the mainstream values of society Break.Process assessment and result assessment showed that: the score of self-awareness scale of children in distress increased,which was in line with the normal range,formed a comprehensive and objective self-awareness and self-evaluation,positive and positive self experience and self pursuit,good emotion management ability and self-regulation ability.Finally,from the three aspects of group leader,theory application and activity design,this paper makes a summary and reflection,and puts forward some suggestions to further improve the self-awareness of children in dilemma. |
