| Children’s all-round development has always been a concern of society and academia.Children’s interpersonal skills,as an important reflection of their socialization level,play a very important role in children’s physical and mental development.With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the transitional community formed by the rapid development of urbanization in my country,the gradual increase of the centralized relocation community,has caused a series of community problems.Children in the centralized relocation community have experienced sudden changes in lifestyle and environment,resulting in insufficient communication and adaptation.Case.Through the preliminary investigation of the concentrated relocation community Y community,it is found that the disadvantaged children have several problems when facing the new environment: lack of psychological self-confidence and lack of initiative in interpersonal communication;withdrawn in character and lack of basic communication cognition;Sensitive behavior,lack of interpersonal skills,etc.Children lack the ability to change themselves.The community characteristics of centralized relocation make it difficult for children with weak interpersonal skills to receive strong support from their families.The imperfect community infrastructure and lack of peer groups lead to children’s interpersonal problems for a long time.Effective relief.In view of the above findings,the author analyzes the interpersonal problems of children in the target community,evaluates the needs of the children,and uses interviews,questionnaires and observation methods to collect relevant data under the guidance of social learning theory and "mirror-in-the-middle" theory.From the analysis,it is concluded that the intervention should be started from the aspects of helping children build self-confidence to improve the initiative of communication,establish correct communication cognition and learn to integrate into the group,master communication skills to improve communication skills,and increase communication between parents and children.Targeted design of "Icebreaker Journey:Knowing You and Me TA","You Talk and I Listen: Expressing and Listening","Confident Communication: Knowing Oneself and Empathy","Learning to Apply:Learning Social Skills","Parent-Child Communication: The seven-session group service activities with the themes of "Big Hands Holding Small Hands","Hand in Hand: Cooperation and Trust",and "Blessings of Parting: Parting for a Better Encounter" intervene in children’s interpersonal communication issues.The research results show that the interpersonal problems of children in the concentrated relocation community have special causes,the group work practice method has a good effect on the improvement of children’s interpersonal communication skills,and the social learning theory and the mirror-me theory have good applicability in group activities.,which shows that social work has a certain effect in improving children’s interpersonal skills.Finally,the author reflects and summarizes the whole research process and results of this research,in order to play a certain reference role for related research. |
