The combination of school education and home education creates a perfect social education,which will be of great significance to parents,schools,and students.In recent years,the gradual construction of the home-school cooperation model and the continuous development of the primary education cause have made parents more and more prominent in class management.In class management,teachers have a deeper understanding of students.In family education,parents have a deeper understanding of students.The combination of the two is not only conducive to the improvement of class management efficiency,but also more conducive to the overall development of students.In order to create a good relationship between parents and teachers and parents and students,build a harmonious school education atmosphere and family education atmosphere.The relevant research on parental participation in class management is mainly based on Western cultural background.It focuses on researching the influence of parent-assisted education on students from the perspective of the family.The research on parental class management assistance awareness and behavior in the country is still in its infancy,aiming at awareness of primary school parents' management assistance.The study of the status quo of behaviors and the relationship between them helps to promote the participation of primary school parents in class relations,establish a good sense of class management assistance,and form a perfect class management assistance behavior.Through questionnaires,interviewing method,this article selected a total of 500 parents,include interviewing parents from the first grade to the sixth grade in four elementary schools(GY Elementary School,JG Elementary School,JX Elementary School,DS Elementary School)in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture as subjects of investigation to understand the assistance of class management for primary school parents.The development level of consciousness and behavior,the difference in parental class management assistance consciousness and behavior among different groups,and the correlation and relationship between parental class assistance awareness and behavior in primary school parents are of certain significance in promoting primary school parents' formation of class assistance consciousness and behavior.At the same time,it also provides some theoretical basis for primary school parents to assist in class management,and further improve class management.The conclusion of this paper is based on the analysis and exploration and interview survey of the results of the actual investigation and research.The results of the specific research and analysis are as follows:(1)Primary school parents' class management helped to improve the overall level of awareness.Most primary school parents had a good sense of class management assistance,but the general level of emotional awareness and attitude awareness was low;the primary school parents' class management assistance behavior was generally general and most of the time.The primary school parents'class management assistance behavior is at a general level,and only some primary school pupils' parents' class management assistance behavior is good,and there is still much room for improvement in class management assistance approaches,assistance methods,assistance processes,and assistance effects.(2)Parents in the lower grades have relatively better awareness of class and behavior in the classroom;older parents have relatively poor awareness and behavior in class management assistance,and parents in class 31-40 years old have relatively better awareness and behavior in class management assistance.Good;poorly educated parent class management assists with relatively poor awareness and behavior;occupations for teachers,medical services,science and technology,state agencies,civil servants,parent class management help to better awareness and behavior,while occupations are business,business owners Parents,workers and peasants have relatively poor levels of awareness and behavior in class management assistance;(3)There is a significant relationship between the awareness of primary school parents in class management assistance and assistive behavior.Parents in primary schools help to determine the parents'assistance in classroom management assistance;some parents' class management assistance behavior lags behind the awareness of assistance;(4)The main problems in the primary school parents' class management assistance behavior include:lack of active class management for primary school parents to assist in emotional awareness;the need to improve attitudes of primary school parents' class management assistance needs to be improved;primary school parents' classroom management assistance approaches rely excessively on emerging means;Parents' classroom management assistance methods are simple;the parental class management assistance process has not progressed smoothly;and primary school parents' class management assistance has been ineffective.(5)Insufficient awareness of primary school parents' class management assistance is a key factor affecting the implementation of class management assistance behaviors and the quality and effect of primary school parents.Through the above research results,analysis and discussion,the following suggestions are obtained:(1)Parents should increase their awareness of participation.To establish a sense of home-school cooperation,communicate with class teachers,use class management assistance channels effectively,and jointly promote children's learning and development;(2)School administrators and headteachers should change their thinking and help parents establish a positive awareness of class management assistance.Make full use of class collective activities,parent meetings,home-school cooperation activities,etc.to strengthen home-school connections;(3)The government should provide parents with assistance in the management of classes and provide legal protection.It advocates schools to establish parent committees,strengthen home-school alliances,and increase parents' class management assistance awareness.
