In recent years,with the continuous advancement of educational reform,many schools have begun to explore the autonomous management mode of primary school students’ classes.The core of class autonomy management lies in emphasizing the subjectivity of students,while the homeroom teacher transforms from a "manager" to a "mentor",guiding students to think rationally,promoting students to work independently and jointly achieve management goals,and improving their own qualities and abilities in this process.The process of implementing autonomous management in a class is also the process of fully showcasing students’ personalities.It is a process in which students stimulate their internal potential,actively participate in improving their class management ability,and achieve independent development.At the same time,class self-management also requires the support and participation of schools,families,and society to encourage schools and class managers to provide necessary policies,resources,and support,and create a good environment and conditions for class self-management.However,due to the influence of China’s education system for a long time,the implementation of class autonomy management still faces many problems,such as low student participation,insufficient support from parents,schools,and teachers,which all affect the implementation effect.So this study will delve into the current situation,existing problems,and causes of primary school students’ class autonomy management,and propose corresponding strategies.Firstly,this article defines the concepts of class management,class autonomy management,and primary school student class autonomy management by reviewing domestic and foreign research materials and relevant theories.It analyzes primary school student class autonomy management from several aspects,including class organization construction,class activity autonomy management,class learning autonomy management,class moral education autonomy management,and daily class autonomy management.Secondly,taking S Primary School in Jimo City as an example,the current situation of class autonomy management in the school was analyzed through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,and the problems in primary school class autonomy management were summarized.Firstly,the organizational construction of class management was not perfect;Secondly,the autonomous management of activities is superficial;Thirdly,learning to independently manage the alienation of cooperative relationships among students;Fourthly,students lack moral consciousness in class moral education management;Fifth,there is a lack of effectiveness in daily autonomous management.The reason for these problems is that the school level has not timely changed its educational concepts;Secondly,there is a lack of systematic knowledge and theory as support at the teacher level;Thirdly,the level of class autonomy management at the student level needs to be further improved;Fourthly,there is a lack of understanding among parents regarding class autonomy management;The fifth is that the home school and teachers are separated from each other in independent management.Finally,this article proposes strategies to improve the autonomous management of primary school students’ classes.Firstly,it is necessary to improve the organizational construction of class autonomous management;Secondly,at the school level,we need to change our mindset and create a good atmosphere;Thirdly,at the teacher level,it is necessary to be a good helper in class management;Fourthly,at the student level,it is necessary to clarify the role positioning and actively participate in class self-management;Fifth,at the parent level,it is necessary to strengthen communication and form a family school collaboration.Self management of primary school students’ classes is one of the important tasks of educational reform in the new era.This study conducted in-depth analysis from organizational construction,activity management,learning management,moral education management,and daily management,and proposed improvement strategies from the school,teacher,family,and student levels,which have important practical value in promoting the comprehensive development of primary school students.
