Training qualified teachers is the specific goal of higher normal education.It is a major task of higher normal education to train normal students in class management.In recent years,the educational circles have found that effective class management can greatly improve the quality of teaching.Some normal universities have also offered class management courses,but many normal students did not receive enough classroom management training before they started their teaching,and they were unprepared for classroom management students.In view of this,the author preliminarily explores the influence of whether or not he has attended the class management courses on the class management behavior and self-efficacy of the normal school students,as well as the views,suggestions and sources,influencing factors and ways to improve the class management ability of the normal school students.Research 1:To explore the influence of class management curriculum on the class management behavior and class management self-efficacy of Normal University students Subject:548 normal university students were selected as the research object.Results:There was no significant difference between normal school students in class management behavior and class management self-efficacy.Normal students'class management behavior and class management self-efficacy have no significant difference on whether they have attended class management courses or not;Normal students'class management behavior and class management self-efficacy have significant differences on whether they have had the experience of teaching practice in primary and secondary schools;Class management courses can increase the number of students who have been trained in primary and secondary schools.The class management efficacy of the test;the class management curriculum can increase the class management efficacy of the subjects,but the internship has no effect on the class management efficacy of the subjects;in the management of class behavior,whether or not the class management class has no effect on it,but the internship has an impact on it.The second purpose of the study is to explore the evaluation of the existing class management courses by the interviews of grounded theory;the setting and expectation of the class management courses;the source,influencing factors and improving methods of the class management abilities in the eyes of the normal students.Participants:Twelve subjects of different majors from Central China Normal University participated in the interview.Result:Current class management courses need to be improved in terms of course setting time,course setting time,proportion of theoretical courses and practical courses,source and ability of teaching teachers,time arrangement of teaching practice,etc.The source of class management ability includes practice,reading,imitation learning,listening to classes,thinking,etc.
