Study On Psychological Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Workers

Social workers are the important participants of social governance and the provider of social services,which is the backbone of the development of social work.While social work is developing rapidly,there are some problems.Social workers to carry out the services,not only need to pay attention to the social environment of service demand and service way,at the same time also need to deal with party and government in the community community workers,social psychologists and other social roles in the challenge.Social workers service jobs don't clearly is not smooth,career development space,salary level is low,the professional status of bottleneck problem,make social workers in self-knowledge is not clear,choose difficulties,lack of motivation does not handle practical difficulties and interference in the work;Daily work of psychological response such as anxiety,stress,confusion,loss of work enthusiasm and motivation,appeared in the process of service value dilemma and ethical dilemmas,inner exhibit troubling phenomenon,such as powerlessness and frustration.Based on qualitative research,10 social workers with psychological distress were selected as the research samples,and the data were obtained through semi-structured interview method.The author mainly to stand in the Angle of the social worker career role,in the perspective of professional people psychological distress,social workers are analyzed and from four aspects,both inside and outside factors influencing social workers psychological distress.Finally,in view of the problems found,from three aspects: macro,meso and micro concrete solving measures are put forward,and try to in the government,the supervision of the social workers and social work itself for the innovative aspects of countermeasures.
