| The number of children in China reached millions,including a variety of different kinds of children,troubled children due to difficulties in family economy,family education,emotional communication factors,they are in contact with others will have behavior withdrawn,inner closed,emotional indifference and other psychological defense excessive reaction and behavior.The traditional assistance system for children in distress is to solve their economic assistance,schooling and medical assistance,but the mental health growth of children in distress also needs attention to.Based on the "benefit of childlike innocence" project of Baoji Sanlian Social Work Service Center,the study uses practical intervention in group social work intervention,negative psychological defense cause intervention and psychological intervention to improve the psychological defense mechanism of children in distress.After visit and investigation and evaluation,the children in difficulties have negative psychological defense such as sensitivity,inferiority,evasion and distortion.Through the guidance and intervention of the group social workers and the interaction and communication between the group members,it is of great help to the improvement of the negative psychological defense of the group members.For this study,due to the limited energy and time and the limited objective support of the guardians of children in distress,the intervention part of this study only captured the core owner group,while less attention was paid to the social system in which the owners lived.Only with social work intervention of negative psychological defense or mental health of children in difficulties,interrelated intervention and intervention should be carried out for families,schools,friends,and communities can we achieve more practical results.Secondly,the assistance and intervention of the psychological problems of children in difficulties should also have the future direction advocated by the policy.Only by the establishment of systematic social assistance policies for children in difficulties and their families can the psychological problems of children in difficulties be solved by a systematic mechanism. |
