The new generation of migrant workers has been one of the main focuses of the whole nation and society, and the new issue of Chinese enterprise social work, due to their special identity and status and the related group problems. The intervention of enterprise social work, which is based on the professional technologies, is mainly to afford psychological care and adjustment to new generation migrant worker, so as to increase their satisfaction to life and job. Based on the questionnaire research about psychological contract breach and job satisfaction of new generation migrant workers, this study analyzes the relation of new generation migrant workers’group characteristics, psychological contract breach and job satisfaction, and to help find effective intervention approaches to reduce psychological contract breach of the new generation migrant and increase their job satisfaction.This study took the new generation migrant workers in company G as example, collected185effective questionnaires, analyzed statistics using SPSS software, and got the following conclusions:1The new generation workers’psychological contract structure has2dimensions, basic-oriented psychological contract and developmental-oriented psychological contract. And the new generation put the respect from company into the basic psychological contract structure.The new generation migrant workers have perception about psychological contract broken. Relative to developmental-oriented psychological contract breach, basic-oriented psychological contract breach is more significant. It is because companies help meet requirements of developmental-oriented psychological contract.3The psychological contract breach and job satisfaction has significant moderate negative correlation. Namely, the more serious the psychological contract breach, the lower job satisfaction. In specific, compared with developmental-oriented psychological contract breach, basic-oriented psychological contract breach has greater influence to job satisfaction.According to the participatory observation and depth interview, the author discovered enterprise social work in the new generation migrant workers play a positive role in the intervention of psychological contract breach. Enterprise social work should be enhanced further, specific speaking, strengthen the adaptability counseling to establish the basis of psychological contract, increase employees’ awareness to promote enterprise incentive mechanism, enhance social work and administration to establish a full and effective communication channels, constitute ability developing team to realize the development of team member, improve the management way to establish a humane enterprise culture, build communication platform to improve staff’s sense of organization belonging.
