Study On Development Strategy Of Chile Women's Football

Since 2008,the level of women's football has rapidly increased in the world.In contrast,the level of Chilean women's football is not stable.This is a profound reflection of the problems in the national level of women's football in Chile.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore a better management of Chilean women's football.Models and sports strategies,through investigation and study,have found that all aspects need to be properly handled.This study draws the following conclusions:1 Chilean women's football coaches lack of life support,lack of policy support and funding.2 Chi lean women's football players have poor training conditions,lack of material protection,and low levels of coaching.3 The system of the Chilean women's football competition is not perfect,the league lacks corresponding organization and supervision,and there is no publicity for women's football.4 Factors affecting the development of the Chilean women's football include financial issues,training issues,publicity and reporting issues,social and psychological issues,academic issues,and medical insurance issues.5 Concerning the problems existing in the Chilean women's football in the aspects of athletes,coaches and leagues,it is recommended to establish a scientific or strategic research department;improve and promote the development of the Chilean international women's football championship;establish an efficient competition referee training and competition Mechanism;Gathering multiple forces to improve the training level of football players;Protecting and expanding the career of Chilean women players;Strengthening the development of Chilean women's football amateur football championship;Strengthening the construction of women's football bases.
