National fitness strategy following the rise for the national strategy in 2014 and was mentioned in the 19 big,it has important significance to the national people and influence of 24 style tai jiquan as more prevalent in traditional national fitness sports fitness sports,in the national fitness has important value of fitness.So how to fully tap tai jiquan to promote physical fitness function value to its role in the national fitness is crucial role.Functional action screening as a bridge between the national fitness and health examination,testing by the movements of the seven,to assess basic mode of action of the human body,to the limitation of the subjects in the complete test action,asymmetry,and action of compensation for confirmation,to find their lack of flexibility and stability of the body.This study as a function of action screening in the application of 24 style tai jiquan as the research object,through the interview method,test method,experimental method and mathematical statistics research methods,such as the following conclusions:(1)based on FMS and tai chi chuan experts consultation,eventually chose 24 style tai jiquan in the wild mane,roll back brachial,the feet,potential under four independent action,in order to functional movements appear weak chain students after screening,symmetry and compensatory intervention study.(2)through the study of the FMS of sports elective course of 54 students test,it is concluded that the test with a score of 13.83±0.27 of the,with foreign countries FMS test scores compared to 14 points,evaluation of sports injury threshold potential students sports injuries.(3)found in the experimental group and the control group subjects to test a total of 12 kinds of wrong action mode,main show is asymmetric action,action,the compensatory joint flexibility,functional limitations.(4)Among the five wrong action modes,squats,one-legged hurdles,straight bow and arrow,shoulder joint flexibility,and torso stability push-ups,only squats,one-legged hurdles and straight bow and arrow were shown to improve significantly with the correction training of two tai chi movements,namely lower form independence and wild horse's mane.(5)The typical movements of Type 24 Tai jiquan can improve the wrong movement pattern,have a significant effect on the overall flexibility and stability of the body,can promote the health of the body,for the overall fitness service.(6)Physical education for ordinary college students after eight weeks can also achieve a significant effect on the overall body flexibility and stability,but the typical movements of the 24 type Taijiquan can achieve a remarkable effect after six weeks of practice,and it is more significant than the eight weeks of physical education for ordinary college students.
