Objective: After getting familiar with the concept of Functional Movement Screen(abbreviation: FMS),it was found that the basic motion function of girls in badminton class had asymmetry,poor flexibility,stability and motion control ability.Action pattern to improve the subjects of defects,improve the quality of movement of the badminton technology,avoid the risk of injury,so as to make corrective intervention plan according to the test result to demonstrate the FMS using the high clear technology teaching classroom,the badminton is to have a positive role in improvement of the overall performance,and to illustrate the maneuverability of the intervention plan.Methods: This article uses the literature material method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,the selection of 60 at Shanghai university badminton special girl as experimental object,for the first time,to high clear technology and FMS test,for all students in the ten-week badminton technique teaching,meanwhile to correct intervention on experimental training(20 min once a week,20 min before class,after class,a total of 40 min),control group remained traditional warm-up and relaxation activities.After 10 weeks,the second high ball technique and FMS test were conducted,and the scores before and after the two tests were compared.The analysis results were expressed as mean±standard deviation(M±SD),and the paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test were used for specific analysis.Results: The total FMS score of 60 subjects was 14.20±1.947,with the minimum value of 9 and the maximum value of 18,and 6 subjects had pain at the knee,ankle and lower back when completing the movement.The lowest score was 1.02±0.344 for trunk stable push-ups,followed by 1.63±0.551 for rotation stability,and the highest score was 2.85±0.360 for active straight leg lift.Badminton students are generally asymmetric.Among them,there are 26 hurdles,accounting for 43.33% of the total number,followed by straight lunges and rotation stability,accounting for 31.66% and 30.00% respectively.In addition,there was no significant difference in the test results of high clear technology(P>0.05).After 10 weeks of corrective intervention training,the experimental group showed significant differences in high clear technique performance,total FMS score,squats and shoulder flexibility(P<0.01).There were differences in hurdle step,straight lunge squat and trunk stable pushups(P<0.05).In addition to rotation stability,the intervention training greatly reduced the proportion of asymmetric people,effectively eliminated the number of pain,and improved the scores of individual movement patterns to different degrees.Conclusions :(1)Most of the subject of badminton special class had asymmetrical left and right sides of the body,poor balance,local limitation of joint movement,weak support strength and lower limb muscles,poor motor control and core stability,etc.,which needed to be strengthened.Compared with the simplicity and dullness of the traditional pre-class and after-class training program,the screening and intervention of FMS has a certain degree of pertinence of the exercise site,diversity of the exercise content and high quality of the exercise effect.The training has certain effect on improving the basic athletic ability and basic physical quality of female college students.(2)The experimental group after the intervention,the decline in asymmetric and active straight leg lift,shoulder flexibility in edge area,linear lunges squat and also significantly reduce the Numbers of failed the hurdle step,in the weak link of the squat,trunk stability push-ups and rotational stability progress obviously shows correct training can effectively make up for a lack of action in the pattern,as far as possible avoid of "energy leakage",as a result of compensatory strengthen body flexibility and stability,so as to improve the quality of basic movement patterns.(3)After 10 weeks of corrective intervention,the experimental group made faster and more obvious progress in high clear performance.The subjects' pain was also consistent with the high incidence of badminton injuries on the FMS test.Therefore,the application of FMS test in badminton classes of Shanghai university is conducive to the improvement of students' overall badminton skills and the reduction of sports injury.
