On the one hand,a comparative analysis is made between the theoretical and empirical analysis of some college students' indexes in the 2014 edition of the national student physical health standard(abbreviated < standard >)and the 2007 edition of the old standard.On the other hand,the comparison is made between the theory and the empirical analysis of the index of the FITNESSGRAM physical fitness test system in the United States and the two major pairs.It is concluded that the advantages and some adjustment points of College Students' evaluation index in the new standard.In the theoretical comparison,the content of comparison is six dimensions: dimension,structure,content,quantity,weight and evaluation standard.In the empirical comparison,first of all,the new "standard" and the old "standard" empirical data selected ten capital universities in the old "standard" in the implementation of the 2013 and the new "standard" for two years in 2016 test data,to carry out statistical analysis of the data.Secondly,in the comparison of the new "standard" and the American FITNESSGRAM system,the empirical data is the test of the two natural classes of University of International Business and Economics in 2017.The empirical purpose is to verify the feasibility of the US standard in the college students in our country,so as to draw the indicators and projects that can be used for reference in China.Through two major contrasts,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)the new standard of the 2014 edition of our country is compared with the old "standard" theory of the 2007 edition.One is that the index of the new standard,the quantity of the project is reduced,the content and the weight are changed greatly,and the structure is changed from the selection to the must.Two,the new standard has lowered the passing standards in terms of evaluation standards,promoted good and excellent standards,and set up additional criteria for total scores.Generally speaking,the index system of the new standard has changed greatly,and the evaluation is more targeted.(2)in the empirical aspect,the comparison of the data between 2013 and 2016 shows that the standard structure of the new standard has changed,the low zone students relax the standard,the middle and high district students improve the standard requirements,and embody the design idea of "incentive,supervision and guidance".First,the data change is larger than the explosive power of the lower limbs,and the pass rate and the mean of the scores decrease.The difference is very significant(p<0.01).Third,in terms of body function,flexibility index and endurance index,there are different levels of improvement,and the mean value has been improved,but the mean flexibility of girls is changing little.(3)the new standard of our country is compared with the American FITNESSGRAM system theory,and the dimension design contains four evaluation indexes.The difference between the muscle strength and endurance index is different.The new standard of our country is less comprehensive than the American Standard in the strength and endurance index,and the male and female design is not designed.Reciprocity.The first,in the project test,the grade of the test results is basically healthy and normal,which indicates that the students in our country are reasonable for the application of the American Standard.Second,from the test of the American Standard,the performance level of the male and female students in our country is very poor.It is common that the new standard should consider joining the strength of the female upper limb and the test of the boy core strength.
