| Teenagers are the future of the country,is the comprehensive construction of well-off society force,their physical health problem has been the subject of social attention.In order to improve the physique health of the college students in our country,promote students actively involved in physical exercise,the Ministry of education,the State Sports General Administration promulgation and implementation of the“National student physical health standard”(hereinafter referred to as the “standard”).“Standard”is to implement the "health first" guiding ideology,training students lifelong physical education concept,to improve the effective means of youth physical health,but also the main way to cultivate a sound personality.In order to fully understand the implementation of the“standard” of the overall situation of universities in Lanzhou City,and explore the main problems in the implementation process.In this paper,10 universities in Lanzhou city to implement the “standard” as the research object,using various research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and so on,everything from the reality of Lanzhou City,10 colleges and universities in the implementation of the “standard” implementation of the testing process,students' cognition the degree of the "standard",analysis of the 4 aspects of the evaluation of test results,find out the main problems in the implementation process,in view of the existing problems and put forward countermeasures: to improve the cognitive level of the “standard”,attaches great importance to the “standard” meaning;the establishment and perfection of the "standard" test management system,improve the efficiency of the test process;focus on the “standard” test procedures,improve the standard testing process and the accuracy of the test data to obtain the sponsorship proposal;Cost,ease the pressure on the school funds.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.Colleges and universities in Lanzhou city are strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of education and requirements,earnestly implement the work of the implementation of “National Students' Physique Health Standard”,was established by testing leading group and the working group,organization sound,coordinated school departments work closely together,the successful completion of testing,before the test can test and training of the tester,and after the end of the test for summing up the work,part ofthe school of the test results can be timely feedback,however,individual colleges and universities exist test scores were aggregated reported poor accuracy of the phenomenon.2.Lanzhou City Colleges and universities to carry out the“standard” test,test items conform to requirements,most equipped with intelligent testing instrument,security testing work efficiently in an orderly manner,test time are spare.However,individual colleges and universities test site is not completely meet the test requirements,test equipment,there are still improper operation,maintenance is not timely,the test process is not standardized phenomenon.3.Most of the college students in Lanzhou city treat the “standard” test has a better understanding and attitude,in the test before the corresponding preparation to practice,and can actively respond to.However,some students on the“standard” awareness and understanding of poor,investment is not enough,due to the lack of proper guidance and strong execution,there are still cope,negative phenomena,the occurrence of fraud in the process of testing,lifelong participation in physical exercise habits and awareness needs to continue to improve.4.According to the information obtained from interviews indicated that Lanzhou City College Students“standard” test of the actual compliance rate of the poor,college students' physical health is worrying,the cause of this situation is in many aspects,students,families and schools need to form a cohesive force,work together to create a sports educational environment is the key to improve the physique of the students.In test data processing,individual schools after the completion of data reported to work,and no timely collation of test data analysis and feedback,there is no timely investigation and research and deep analysis of test data and transformed for scientific research enthusiasm and coping measures is not enough.5.Lanzhou City Colleges and universities in the “standard” test process there are many problems,individual schools lack of specialized training of all testers,test time arrangement is not reasonable phenomenon,some testers in testing process is the “standard” test the degree of attention is not enough,optional sex is bigger,the testing instrument skilled operation is not precise enough,there are still problems such as the accuracy of the test data and poor consistency.Therefore,the cultivation and construction of a high level and high efficiency of the testing team is very necessary.6.For Lanzhou city colleges and universities in the “standard” test problems and its countermeasures and suggestions: The first is to improve the students “standard” on the cognitive level and the degree of attention,arouse students' enthusiasm and initiative of the“standard” test;The second is to strengthen the school and test personnel of the “standard”.Sense of responsibility,improve the standard of the testing process,the “standard” test to further improve the organization,ensure the testing work smoothly;The third is to establish and perfect the supervision mechanism of the“standard” test,and resolutely put an end to fraud,the credibility of the test set;The fourth is the establishment of the“standard” test of reward and punishment mechanism,guarantee the test execution;The fifth is use of precise testing equipment,improve test efficiency,guarantee the accuracy of the data;The sixth is security personnel on the “standard” in the testing process,establish and perfect the mechanism of the prevention and control of safety. |
