The staff sport is an important part of the mass sports,but it is poorly developed.As a large state-owned coal enterprise in China,Ping Mei Tian An industry Co.,Ltd.has a long history and experienced a glorious stage in the sports work of staff,However,from 2008 to the present,the development of employee sports has declined during the period when the group seeks to transform and develop.This paper studies this issue.Taking the concept,characteristics and meaning of workers sports as the logical starting point,using the literature method,the interview method and the field investigation method,the article focuses on the staff sports in the first-line production unit of Tianan Coal Co.Ltd,analyzes the particularity of the coal industry firstly and summarizes the history of the sports development of Ping coal workers.Then,using 2008 as the time node,we will carry out a study on the basic situation of the staff sports after the transformation in many aspects,such as the facilities,the organization of the activities and the management system.And put forward the basis of the group staff sports transition development and the future development target model and specific countermeasures.The main points of this study are below:1.The staff generally recognize the value of physical exercise,can participate in sports activities to varying degrees,sports facilities,sports organization and guidance have a certain demand,but the group staff sports development is not ideal.2.The total number of facilities in Ping Mei Tian An industry is quite impressive,and all the common items in various sports activities held on holidays are involved.At present,the group still adopts the trade union management model.This management model is basically in line with the general concept of enterprise management development.It has also achieved some achievements in industry competitions and established a good corporate image.3.There is still a contradiction between the demand of staff sports and the supply of staff sports resources in the industry.There is a low utilization rate of sports venues,insufficient number of facilities,improper distribution of locations,and the crowding of venues by external personnel.There is a decrease in the number of sports activities,a single content of mass sports activities,and a low degree of participation.The basic level unit management personnel professional degree is insufficient,to the sports work understanding is not deep enough.In terms of organization and management,the horizontal and vertical links between trade unions are weak,and the basic level units are not strong enough to catch hands with sports;The source of staff sports funds is single;The sports management system of the basic level units is not perfect,the sports associations are shrinking,and their functions can't be fully played.4.Ping coal group workers 'sports should seek transformation and development mainly based on external environmental drivers and internal requirements.The external factors mainly have the influence of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the reform of the unit system.Internal requirements include the needs of the cultural development of state-owned enterprises and the needs of individual workers and staff sports.5.In this paper,we think that according to the national policy and plan,the transformation development model of enterprise and community should be chosen,and the concrete countermeasures should be put forward from the field resources,activities,talents construction,organization management and so on.
