In recent years,China enters a new period of social transition,the large-scale adjustments of industrial structure have a huge impact on the coal industry.As coal workers,their work and life have taken place a great changes.The coal industry practitioners continue to fall,and this situation expanded in2016.The coal industry workers' pressure will be greater,they will face more difficult situation.The changes of the external professional environment from the country who enacts the implementations of the production policy and the society who reduces the social recognition.And the changes of the internal working environment from the coal mining enterprises who adjust their productive structure and coal mine workers who transform their cognition.The saved mine enterprise employees,especially the mid-level managers who play the essential role in the coal mine enterprise,their professional identity's status changed in a certain extent,they have some professional identity dilemma:having the confusion of the occupational role,declining the loyalty and emotional attachment of the occupation,entering the career plateau,and reducing the social value of the occupation.On the analysis of the status quo of the professional identity,putting forward the feasible suggestions under the guidance of the theory.It is the measure of promoting our nation to cut overcapacity,ensuring the important guarantee of green,clean and efficient production of coal enterprises,and helping the saved coal mining enterprises to have the important topics of a long-term development while the process of economic structure adjustment.It also is the important measures of reducing coal mining enterprises' brain drain,and the important basis of helping middle coal mine managers to adjust themselves in the new career environment,promoting improving their work and life.Taking Y enterprise in C city for example,adopted the method of qualitative research to in-depth interview 20 middle managers.Found that professional identity of Y enterprise middle managers have four dimensions ofprofessional identity problems: professional cognition,professional commitment,professional expectations and professional values.And guided by the theory of social stratification and identity,analyzing the status quo of the professional identity on the four influence factors: Industry outlook,social factors,economic factors,cultural capital factors and other factors.Finally summarize the status and influence factors of professional identity from the tow levels of macro and micro.Then put forward the feasible suggestions to improve the professional identity of middle managers in Y enterprise.
