The Research On The Development And Restrictive Factors Of Taekwondo Club In Xuzhou,Jiangsu Province

Taekwondo is a sport that has a strong sense of appreciation It's popular with the people from all over the world because of the simple practical actions.Since Taekwondo entered the Olympic Games in 2000,the outstanding performance of Chinese athletes has attracted lots of amateur's attention,so Taekwondo has become one of the most popular sports.With the increase of people's cognition about Taekwondo,Taekwondo market in public has become increasingly hot.As the center of Huai Hai Economic Zone,the number of Taekwondo Club in Xu Zhou is growing rapidly.However,more and more Taekwondo Gymnasiums are facing the survival problem because of the fierce market competition and inefficient management relatively.This article uses the literature research,the interview method,the on-the-spot investigation method,the questionnaire survey method and the logical induction method to study the size and facilities,management model,students,trainer and stuff and course of Taekwondo Gymnasium in Xu Zhou,and then analyzes the current situation of Taekwondo Gymnasium in Xu Zhou,discovers the factors restricting the development of Taekwondo Club in Xu Zhou,put forward the suggestion of healthy and sustainable development,provides theoretical guidance and practical basis for the development of the club.The result as follows:There are some confinement factors on the development of Taekwondo Club in Xu Zhou(1)students' parents lack of awareness about Taekwondo;(2)the hardware facilities of Taekwondo Gymnasium are poor;(3)the professional quality of coaches needs to be improved;(4)lack of teaching plan and the teaching methods are too unitary;(5)loss students seriously;(6)the manager lack of management experience and the management mode is inefficient.On the basis of above analysis,this article puts forward some measures to promote the development of Taekwondo Club in Xuzhou(1)To carry out the propaganda ofTaekwondo Club scientifically;(2)to raise money in reasonable ways to improve the hardware facilities of Taekwondo Club;(3)to reeducate the coaches,strengthen the assessment and work with a certification;(4)to make a plan scientifically and monitor the implementation of the plan in real time;(5)to manage the courses reasonably and improve the teaching quality;(6)to adopt the advanced management methods to improve the level of management.
