War The Communist Party Of China During The Run And Administer The School System

In Anti-Japanese War,the Communist Party of China run and administered schools in its only guiding ideology,ways and methods,which is conducted from a historical perspective by the author,I hope that the studies can improve the current education management.According to the educational management system defined by ZHANGXINPING,the method system of the Communist Party of China to run and administer the schools is divided into three levels,which is the methodology to run and administer schools, ways and means.These three levels constitute an overall.The first part discussed the changes in the domestic situation and the strategies of the Communist Party of China,and pointed out the educational policies of the Communist Party of China in Anti-Japanese War.The second part stressed that the Chinese Communist Party run and administer the school in innovational concept,for example,Grasping the main contradiction,coordination of quality and quantity, leadership and the mass line,general calls with specific guidance,seeking truth from facts and so on.The third part discussed the ways to run and administer schools,and focused on the united front,the mass movement,the democratic centralism,the semi-militarized and militarization management.The fourth part discussed the means to run and administer schools,the higher education,secondary education,primary education,and social education were also discussed from the school system,teacher training, organization and management,educational contents.Finally,according to the above analysis,I make conclusions that the education administrators should foster five ideas,which are the awareness of the overall situation, the central consciousness,the People-oriented awareness,the learning awareness,the awareness of innovation,persist the four principles,which are cadres first,unity first,quality first,doing practical work first,and carry forward the spirit of arduous struggle,the spirit of persevering and the spirit of fighting.
