In this paper,a large proportion of Freestyle intermittent training was applied to the high level swimmers of the Sichuan Sports Institute of sports technology.The physiological indexes,such as heart rate,blood lactic acid,RPE and other physiological indexes of the free stroke in the pre test and post test and the main and auxiliary items,were analyzed from the angle of different test points.The results of the pre test and post test are recorded,and the actual arrangement in the training is arranged,and the relative data of the intensity ratio,the total amount of training and the ratio of Freestyle are analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn.1.after eight weeks of large scale freestyle training,the heart rate of the pre test and post test was more stable in the quiet time,the immediate test point increased obviously,and the three point test points recovered and dropped,but did not recover to the quiet time.At the three test points before and after testing,the heart rate basically reached the maximum heart rate of athletes,and the standard deviation was relatively small.The discrepancy of standard deviation is increased at three points,and athletes are different.Freestyle and different distance between the primary and secondary heart rate changes obviously.2.the RPE test point was stable before and after the test.The immediate test point increased significantly,and the three point test point decreased,but it didn't return to the quiet time.In the three test points,the standard deviation of the immediate test points is relatively smaller,the RPE rise of the athletes is common,the three points of the test point is decreased at the same time,and the standard deviation dispersion is increased at the same time.The individual differences and instability are found among the athletes,and the free swimming and the RPE of the different distances between the main and the sub items have obvious changes.3.short distance,medium distance and medium distance free swimming immediately and three points and two test points were significantly higher than the pre test,and there were significant differences.The ability of lactic acid generation in athletes was obviously improved,the release of lactic acid was more fully,and the tolerance of lactic acid was significantly improved.The level of blood lactic acid at the immediate test point of long distance freestyle was higher,and the ability of back sprint was strengthened.The comparison of lactic acid level in the three point test point was lower,and the ability of aerobic recovery and lactic acid metabolism improved significantly.4.large scale freestyle intermittent training can improve the swimmers' freestyle and the main and auxiliary performance.The short distance project is more difficult to improve the distance and the long distance,the improvement range is relatively smaller,the athletes' aerobic level is obviously improved,and the recovery ability is enhanced.
