For developing China,young people are the main force to participate in the future national construction,bearing the historical responsibility of realizing the "Chinese dream" and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as soon as possible."China is strong when young people are strong".Therefore,no matter in the process of struggling to study or work,a strong body and tenacious will are the most powerful guarantee for young people to maintain their exuberant energy and high morale.However,with the rapid development of The Times and the economy,people's living standards have been constantly improved and improved,which has led to a series of problems with characteristics of The Times,such as reduced physical activity,sedentary,excessive reliance on transportation and other problems,which have become the common hidden dangers of frequent occurrence of some diseases in recent years.Nowadays,teenagers are confronted with many problems,the most important of which is "physical and mental health problems".However,in recent years,the level of physical and mental health of our young people is showing a declining trend,so the community has been highly concerned.High-intensity intermittent training originated in the medical profession,the earliest application in medical rehabilitation,initially mainly is to carry out rehabilitation training of cardiac function of the patient's recovery,after a long practice test and theoretical study,the continuous improvement of the high-intensity intermittent training method,the applicable scope expands unceasingly,and extended to competitive sports and fitness industry.The high-intensity intermittent training more took the form of unarmed and the use of small equipment,has the very high interest and rich content of the training,so the development speed,better effect,use frequency is also becoming higher,has also been more theoretical research scholars attention and research,is committed to upgrading the cardiopulmonary function and obese people lose weight,the effect is obvious.Thus it can be seen that the study of high-intensity interval training is of vital importance in today's society.According to the ordinary high school physical education and health curriculum standard(2017)requirements,this study use high intensity interval training in physical education,not only enriched the ordinary high school physical education class teaching contents,enrich the practice method,also enhanced the students of physical education learning interest,cultivate the students' consciousness of exercise,so that the students can insist on physical exercise at the same time,further develop the mind of students,with an unyielding and positive spirit.In this paper,in order to enhance students' physical and mental health level as the purpose of the experiment research,with high school girls as the subjects,in high school sports and health curriculum standard as the basis of teaching design,based on expert interview to give advice and opinions,reasonable arrangement of teaching content,explore the high-intensity intermittent training's impact on high school girls physical and mental health level.Carry out the curriculum standards,vigorously promote the use of high-intensity interval training in physical education,and give full play to the practical value of this training method in teaching.In the process of research,literature,investigation,experiment and mathematical statistics are used to provide reliable evidence for the writing of this paper.Through survey,expert,sports teachers and students in using high-intensity intermittent training in physical education are,accept the attitude of the support and recognition,therefore,the training methods and training content in accordance with students' body and mind development characteristic,make the students like and adapt to the new methods of teaching and training,and is willing to participate in the among them,at the same time,realize the physical quality training is not just boring simple actions,of physical quality training has a deeper cognition.Through the teaching experiment of 16 weeks of high-intensity interval training,the students' interest in physical education has been significantly changed,which is reflected in the decrease of the phenomenon of being late for class and being an intern.The exercise density of each class reached 75%,and the maximum was 95%.The exercise intensity reachedthe average heart rate of 140-160 times per minute,which changed the state of no exercise in the previous physical education class.High-intensity interval training not only greatly reduces the duration of exercise,but also enables students to complete physical fitness training efficiently,which is suitable for high school PE classes.The experimental results showed that the three aspects of body shape,body function and body quality of the girls in the experimental class after the experiment had been significantly improved before and after the experiment,especially the test items in the physical quality were more obvious.After the experiment,the girls in the experimental class showed great improvement in their attitudes towards physical exercise.Among them,the students in the experimental class had highly significant differences in their behavioral attitudes,objective attitudes,behavioral cognition,behavioral habits,behavioral intentions,emotional experience and behavioral control.There were significant differences in subjective criteria,but significant improvement.The physical symptoms in the mental health test of the girls in the experimental class were significantly different.There were significant differences in learning anxiety,anxiety,self-accusation tendency,allergy tendency,terror tendency and impulse tendency.Although there was no significant difference in loneliness tendency,it was alleviated to some extent.Therefore,under the condition of relevant teaching conditions,according to the physical and mental characteristics of high school students in physical education class using high-intensity interval training method can effectively enable students to master the scientific exercise method,form the basic health skills,improve the level of physical and mental health.
