Research objective: abnormal spinal form is the most serious body posture problem in the field of medical and sports rehabilitation.However,there is little report on the prescription of orthodontic exercise in children and adolescents as the high-risk group of abnormal spinal form.Therefore,this study intends to observe the improvement effect of the abnormal spinal form by specifying the prescription of abnormal spinal morphological correction in adolescents and the intervention of 20 weeks.Methods: randomly selected from Beijing's position that the first four or five grade 101 pupils of BodyStyle(8.0).The Model S-position evaluation test,according to the results of the test to screen out the existence of the neck,low shoulder,humpback and scoliosis of three or more problems in 55 pupils as experimental group,the rest of the 46 people as the control group.Developed according to the test result for correction elementary student's cervical,thoracic and lumbar spine exercise prescription,exercise intervention for 20 weeks,before and after the experiment to measure height,body weight,body mass index(BMI),cervical vertebra tilt,shoulder slope and shoulder blades tilt,the upper slope and spine bending degree were compared.Research results:(1)The height,weight and BMI of the experimental group and the control group showed an upward trend before and after the intervention,but the changes in the experimental group were greater than that of the control group.(2)From the side view of cervical vertebra tilt Angle and tilt differential are declining,the experimental group girls before and after the intervention has significant difference(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the experimental group boys.In the control group,there was an upward trend in the Angle and tilt of the lateral cervical spine,but there was no significant difference(P >0.05).(3)From the high and low shoulder four indicators were significantly lower,the difference is statistically significant,in addition to the concept of experimental group boys behind tilt slightly lower the difference of the difference,the rest of the high and low shoulder indicators are highly significant difference(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the control group.(4)Both the experimental group and the control group showed a slight upward trend in the lateral view of the upper body,but did not reach the statistical difference(P>0.05).In the experimental group,there was a significant increase in the lateral tilt difference(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference among girls.In the control group,there was a significant increase in body tilt,while there was no significant difference between girls.(5)In the experimental group,there was a significant downward trend in the Angle of tilt and tilt difference between the male and female students,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).In the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: 20 weeks aiming at abnormal shape correction of the spine exercise prescription can improve agent neck,low shoulder,humpback,four spinal scoliosis this form abnormal problems,promote the spine forms to develop in the direction of the normal spinal form.Expect the future of child and adolescent spinal form abnormal problem can get a lot of attention and in-depth research,make it possible for the children in the movement of age with scientific and targeted intervention correct this kind of problem.
