Through the study of the involvement of the bullied people,it is found that campus bullying is common in middle school,and mainly by physical bullying and recessive language bullying.The phenomenon of bullying on campus is often ignored by traditional educational models and concepts.At present,we have to deal with campus bullying,there is still a lack of legal system,less specialized research,the prevention mechanism of systematic science and the lack of countermeasures to deal with campus bullying.From the three dimensions of society,school and family,this paper,starting with case study,explores the phenomenon of bullying on campus and its causes,and draws on the policies and experiences of prevention and management at home and abroad,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.The main contents of this article are the following four parts.The first part describes the background of the study on bullying in our country,defines the concept of bullying,and expounds the status and theoretical basis of the study on bullying at home and abroad and the research methods.The second part analyzes the basic types and characteristics of campus bullying and the harm of campus bullying.The third part,through the case study of bullying in S middle school,analyzes the causes of bullying on campus,and guides the school to take a positive way to deal with bullying,and eventually reverses the disadvantage of some students who have been bullied for a long time.The fourth part sums up the advantages of bullying at home and abroad,and puts forward some countermeasures to prevent bullying in Chinese junior high school from the aspects of society,schools,families and individuals.This research provides a new perspective for school education and management,and has a very important practical significance.
