With the development of the network and the extensive use of electronic products,more and more campus bullying has been exposed to the public.The cruel means and serious consequences of school bullying have attracted people's close attention.From the news reports,it can be found that the diversification of the form of bullying on campus,the concealment and persistence of behavior make the prevention of bullying more difficult.And bullying on campus is very unfavorable for both the bully and the bullied students.In view of the universality of school bullying behavior and the urgency of campus governance,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and discussion on high school students' bullying behavior in order to seek effective bullying behavior intervention measures to ensure that bullying behavior is scientifically and reasonably controlled.[According to the revised title,the research methods,survey results and countermeasures are summarized.In order to accurately grasp the reasons for the bullying behavior of high school campus and the corresponding coping strategies,this topic uses literature method,questionnaire survey method and the combination of theory and practice to investigate the bullying problem in high school campus.The survey results show that the current situation of high school students' campus bullying is mainly reflected in several aspects:(1)95.69% of students have suffered from school bullying,76.56% of students believe that school bullying is wrong,and campus bullying mainly occurs from Monday to Sunday.During the school,the location is mainly toilets,corridors,and toilets;(2)the bullying methods used by bullies are speech bullying and relationship bullying,and the bullying behavior of bullies is bullying,destruction of belongings,and Speech bullying is the main thing;(3)There are three types of bullying,bullying and bystanders in the school bullying incident.Among them,bullies are mainly bullied,tempered,and look down on others.Students are often students with weak bodies,poor interpersonal relationships,and unappealing students.(4)Behavioral motives caused by bullying are mainly cognitive errors and behavioral imitation.When bullies are victims of bullying They oftenrespond by taking the plunge,which ultimately leads to damage to their physical and mental health;(5)Parents treat bullying The main measures that directly to the school to find the bully revenge,and teachers often adopt coping strategies is the consolation oral,and bullies warning.(6)At present,the school is lacking in mental health counseling,life health education,etc.,and the mechanism for social workers to intervene in bullying is not perfect.In view of the above-mentioned problems and reasons from students,schools,families and society,we must build an effective system of campus bullying interventions from these four levels.For the individual student,the bully should strengthen the cognition of bullying on campus,consciously resist bad thoughts and behavior habits,and cultivate their own rational thinking.The bully should improve their self-confidence and choose a scientific coping strategy;For the school,it is necessary to strengthen campus safety education,build a perfect mechanism for dealing with bullying behaviors and strengthen the professional quality of teachers;for the family,it is necessary to create a harmonious family atmosphere,enrich the content of family education,and innovate family education methods.For the social aspect,it is necessary to improve the laws and regulations related to school bullying and create a good social environment.
