Campus bullying is not a new topic,nor is it a unique phenomenon in China.It is common among teenagers all over the world.Bullying experience brings indelible pain to the victims,which makes them close their hearts and produce serious self doubt.Based on the measurement of Rosenberg self esteem scale and interpersonal competence scale,we found that the self-confidence of the research object was low,and the dimensions of active communication and self disclosure in interpersonal competence were lower than the norm.Combined with qualitative interviews,social workers can improve the self-confidence and interpersonal skills of the research objects,and explore the case work experience to improve the self-confidence and interpersonal skills of the victims of campus bullying.Based on the theory of rational emotive therapy,starting from the internal and external systems of the service objects,this study intervenes in the self-confidence of the victims of campus bullying,self disclosure and active communication in interpersonal communication,so as to enhance the self-confidence of the service objects and build the foundation of high self-worth of the service objects in interpersonal communication;To correct the irrational cognition of the victims of campus bullying and improve their interpersonal skills.At the level of internal system intervention,social workers use highlight moments to construct individual self-confidence,use rational emotive therapy to check and refute irrational beliefs in interpersonal communication,and form the concept of rational interpersonal communication;Use behavior training to consolidate interpersonal skills.At the level of external system intervention,social workers play the role of resource linker,through the way of linking external resources,with the help of the interaction between individuals,families and peer groups,as the external support to improve the self-confidence and interpersonal skills of service objects,strengthen the emotional support of social support network.Combined with process assessment,result assessment and follow-up assessment,this paper evaluates the effect of case work on enhancing self-confidence of victims of bullying,improving active communication and self disclosure,and summarizes experience and shortcomings.Using highlight time to find individual advantages is conducive to enhance the self-confidence of service objects;The combination of rational emotive therapy and case work has a significant impact on the improvement of active communication ability and self disclosure ability of bullying victims.
