Study On Independent Management Of Students In Private Higher Vocational Colleges

Self-education is a very important link in the development of students' education management.Without this link,no education can be effective.Therefore,the key to the student's education is to change the educational concept,to implement the students' self-management,to enhance the students' ability of self monitoring,self management and self-restraint,and to promote the formation of students' good habits.For this purpose,one of the key elements of the comprehensive management of colleges and universities is to emphasize the self-management of students.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the improvement of students' independent management level.The implementation of self-management of students can continuously promote the development of students' comprehensive quality.Among the subjects of this study,A school is a professional and applied private higher vocational college.The independent management of the students in the A school is in the practical stage and has achieved certain practical results.But there are a series of problems in the process of practice.Therefore,it is very important to explore the independent management of the students in the A School of the private higher vocational colleges.This thesis is composed of six parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly expounds the background and significance of the research about the independent management of students,the domestic and foreign research review,and the research content and the method.The second part is the related concept and theoretical basis,mainly including private higher vocational colleges,students' independent management and other related concepts,human based management theory and goal management theory and other theoretical basis.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the independent management of the A school students,including the basic information and development strategy of the A school,the students' self-management student questionnaire in A school and the data analysis of the teachers' questionnaire survey.The fourth part is the analysis of the status and problems of independent management of A school students.It mainly introduces the characteristics of A students,the status of independent management of A school students,and the problems of autonomous management of students in A school.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on how to effectively carry out the independent management of the students in the private higher vocational colleges,andemphasizes the construction of the good atmosphere so that the students can actively carry out their self management.In addition,we should pay attention to the training of the core team,realize the construction of the core team of independent management,promote the students to achieve the goal of independent management in a more standardized way,and make the corresponding management policies to make reasonable and improve the methods and means of the students' independent management.The sixth part is the end of the language.It is hoped that this study will provide a basis for private higher vocational colleges to better develop students' self-management.
