The Internet functions as a double-edge sword.It has provided good conditions for people's better life,while it also has many negative effects on People's daily life.This article analyzes how the Internet influences the lifestyle of the Internet through a systematic sociological survey of how the Internet influences the lifestyles of Chinese urban and rural residents.This helps people to better exert the positive influence of the Internet on lifestyles and curbs the negative impact of the Internet on lifestyles..Enable people to rationally understand and improve their lifestyles,gain a better life experience,and achieve a better lifeThrough methodologies such as literature review,Based on the investigation and research in the jimo district of Qingdao,interview and questionnaire,this article targets on researching the influences of the Internet on the lifestyle of the urban residents and the rural residents.This paper has five parts.The first part focuses on the research background,research significance and former research results both in and outside China.The second part discusses lifestyle and its influence factors,illuminating the definitions and research scopes and making theoretical preparations.The third part and forth part investigate from five aspects,i.e.lifestyle related to work,consume,leisure,communication and political life,aiming to discuss the influence of Internet on the lifestyle of both rural and urban residents.The fifth part analyzes the influence of the Internet on rural and urban residents' lifestyles,as well as puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
