Research On The Paid Service Ability Of Provincial Athletic Association In Jiangxi Province

In the tide of the entity reform in member association,to improve the paid service ability of the Sports Association,it is important significance to help the association to Guarantee Healthy Development.At present,the provincial sports associations in Jiangxi province have a general problem of insufficient paid service ability,the ability of paid service is obviously lagging behind the requirements of the rapid development,taking effective measures to improve the paid service ability of provincial sports associations,have the certain theories with the realistic meaning.In this study,used the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,through a sampling survey of the provincial sports associations in Jiangxi Province,to construct the evaluation system of the paid service ability of Provincial Sports Association,based on the reality of Jiangxi Province,carried out the scientific evaluation of its paid service capacity,analysis of the problems existing in the paid service ability of the Provincial Sports Association of Jiangxi Province,and discuss the solutions,to provide reference for the improvement of the paid service for the Provincial Sports Association in the future,help them to improve their paid service.Research can promote the sustainable development of provincial sports associations in this area,promoting the development of mass sports by improving the service capacity of the association.At the same time,it also provides a theoretical reference for the future reform and development of the Provincial Sports Association of Jiangxi province.Through the study,we get the following conclusions:1.Through expert interviews,literature and expert evaluation,following the principle of combination of science and authenticity,combination of comprehensiveness and maneuverability,the combining qualitative and quantitative analysis' s together,preliminary construction of the "Provincial Sports Association paid service evaluation index system",there are 4 categories of 11 indicators.2.Through the investigation of 26 provincial sports associations in Jiangxi,select the above 11 evaluation indicators,building a system for evaluating the ability of paid service,used the factor analysis method to make an objective evaluation and analysis of the paid service ability of the association,extract 4 kinds of public factors,such as management factor,management factor,resource factor and other factors,are extracted.The paid service ability of the Provincial Sports Association of Jiangxi province is on the low side,and the ability of paid service is uneven.3.The problems of paid service for the Provincial Sports Association of Jiangxi province are more prominent,the ability of self hematopoietic and self development is insufficient.It is shown as follows: a weak sense of service in the leadership of the association,the standardized management of the association is insufficient,there is a lot of lack of professional management personnel,the association does not pay much attention to the establishment of the entity,the form of a paid service is single,the resources of the paid service are not enough,weak publicity and propaganda,the number of government purchase services is less.4.Enhancing the ability of the paid service of Jiangxi Provincial Sports Association,to update the concept and improve the insufficient compensation service consciousness,strengthen the construction of system optimization,improve the working mechanism,vigorously introduce the shortage of cultivating professional management personnel,the establishment of business entities,explore various forms of service,gathering resources,improve awareness,strengthen propaganda,and actively undertake government purchases public sports service,enhance the self association of hematopoietic,self development ability.
