To deepen the reform of the education and create education methods is in order to cultivating creative talents. Blended learning as a new kind of teaching strategy, provide a new thought and method. “The theory and practice of teaching media” is one of the major courses of educational technology, with the development of technology, there are some problems such as change of course content, optimizing teaching mode etc.. Based on this background, I make instructional design and practice study of blended learning to “The theory and practice of teaching media”.This study draws lessons from analysis domestic and foreign research results and practical experience of blended learning and learning activities, guided by the theory of instructional design which centered on learning activity, from the perspective of learning activities, a blended learning activity design framework is built in this study. Propose the corresponding relationship of “Knowledge- Goals- Activities ” as the core of method to the blended learning activities design. Taking the course “The theory and practice of teaching media” as an example, do some blended learning teaching design and practice. And make practice in class at last, then verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design framework of learning activities, meanwhile, summarize and reflect on the design strategy of blended learning activities.This study is divided into six parts:The first part: Introduction. Starting from the background of cultivating innovative talents and the curriculum reform, to explain the research questions, research purpose and significance, research content, research methods and research ideas of this study.The second part: Literature research. To understand the current situation of the research on mixed learning and learning activities at home and abroad.The third part: The theoretical study. Organize the theory of blended learning activity design, to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of blended learning activities.The fourth part: Study on the design of blended learning activities. Use the theory of instructional design of learning activity as a guide, based on the theory of blended learning curriculum designed by Professor Huang Ronghuai, build a framework of blended learning activity design, propose the corresponding relationship of “Knowledge- Goals- Activities” as the core of method to the blended learning activities design.The fifth part: The practice of “Theory and practice of teaching media”. Use “Summary of teaching media” and “Interactive electronic whiteboard” as example, explain the design process of blended learning activities, and make a reflect of blended learning activities by teaching practice.The sixth part: Summary and Prospect. Put forward the understanding of this study, point out the disadvantages of it and put forward the future research prospects.
