The rapid development of information technology in education, enrich theconnotation of teachers’ professional development,teachers’ ICT ability has becomemore and more important, and teachers’ ICT training has also attracted more andmore attentions. Currently, The tow available training materials are both based onthe system as "Module&Activity", activity is a way to achieve the teachingobjectives, so the pros and cons of Activity Design will directly affect the quality oftraining.However,the research of Activity Design is at the beginning stage inChina,there still exists many problems. To address these problems, the research asfollows:Firstly,to analyze the content of K12teachers’ ICT training deeply,get therelation of the content of training,the classification of educational goals and the typesof activities. To analyze the instructional activities which suitable for the teachers’ICT training detailedly,and give the examples of Activity Design.Secondly,learn from the activity theory and the excellent achievements ofactivity design,to give the Activity Design processes of ICT training course for K12Teachers based on Blended-Learning. The design process is up to the mustard ofinstructional design principles, with strong logical and structure,it can provide a gooddesign ideas and methods for the future activity designers.Thirdly,to offer the suggestion of instructional organization forms,instructionalresources and the implementation of activities through Action Research,integrate andexpand the instructional resources,in order to provide a reference for the futuretraining.
