When computer technology, network technology and wireless communicationtechnology has been introduced in the field of teaching education, making education andlearning not only in the manner but also on the concept has undergone some correspondingchange. While the network is developing at an amazing speed at the same time also ischanging people’s way of learning; At the same time, under the guidance of the conceptof lifelong learning, network learning will become an effective way for people to learn in thefuture, which will greatly make up for the deficiency of the traditional classroom learningand web-based learning, but the network learning also has some limitations. How to make useof their advantages to achieve the optimization of education is educators has beencontinuously explore issues.In recent years, the development and popularization of wechat has been recognized bythe vast numbers of users. The purpose of this study is to analyze the function of wechat andused in blended learning, to explore the blended learning processes of wechat support, andwith specific course--"instructional system design" as an example, outline the case designand implementation process of blended learning based on wechat,so as to promote students’learning, and improve the ability of informal learning, cultivate relationships betweenparticipants, in order to meet the demand of independent learning and lifelong learning.Thus proving that blended learning based on wechat can effectively promote student learning.
