Research On The Performance Evaluation And Optimization Path Of Football Policy Implementation In Some Primary And Secondary Schools In Xinjiang

Based on the latest documents about campus football published in the past 3 years,this study further strengthens the significance of the continuous development of campus football in the new endeavor Referring to the current performance evaluation index system on the implementation of campus football policy,consulting campus football experts in Xinjiang,further screening out the Campus Football Evaluation Index system in line with Xinjiang,to find out the problems and reasons in the implementation of Xinjiang campus football policy,and to explore the optimization strategy of Xinjiang campus football development.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)in the context of providing more time and space for school football under the double-reduction policy,and in the context of the heated discussion on China PR national football team and high expectations on school football,under the background of the healthy development of the youth and the sustainable development of the campus football,and under the background that the state attaches great importance to the development of the minority and ethnic regions and provides great opportunities for the development of the campus football,it is of great practical significance to study the performance evaluation of campus football policy implementation in Xinjiang,and to study the problems,causes and countermeasures accordingly.(2)the first round of expert consultation was carried out for 30 kinds of performance evaluation programs of campus football policies,including“3 sets of national standards”,“3 sets of provincial standards” and“4 sets of provincial standards”After the second round of expert consultation,10 sets of standards were selected as“The third set of provincial standards” for Xinjiang Campus Football Evaluation Test evaluation standards;The third round of expert consultation was carried out after the trial investigation of the“Provincial Standard 3” in some regions of Xinjiang,finally determined 5 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,40 third-level indicators of the“Xinjiang Campus Football Policy Implementation Performance Evaluation Questionnaire.”.(3)the comprehensive score of the performance evaluation of campus football policy implementation in Xinjiang was 85,and the total score was good(18 schools were sampled).In the process of carrying out the campus football policy in Xinjiang,the authority of the campus football policy is at the excellent level,but in the campus soccer policy consensus,the campus soccer policy implementation path,the campus soccer policy guarantee,the campus policy implementation achievement appraisal grade is in the good.In the performance evaluation of 13 secondary indexes,2 indexes are in excellent grade,6 indexes are in good grade,and 5indexes are in general grade.(4)through the evaluation of the performance of the campus football policy in Xinjiang and the interview and investigation of some students,teachers and parents in primary and secondary schools,through summing up,this paper points out that the present difficulties in the development of campus football in Xinjiang are manifested in the following five aspects: the biased understanding of the concept of campus football development,the blocked channel for the cultivation of campus football talents,the slow development of campus football industry,the weak influence of campus football culture,and the incomplete medical insurance system of campus football.(5)the implementation of campus football policy in Xinjiang involves four main interests.From the government’s point of view,it involves the central government and local government’s competent departments of education,sports and other relevant functional departments.From the point of view of primary and secondary schools nationwide,campus football involves school leaders,PE teachers,football coaches and so on,it involves all the students in primary and secondary schools and the students with football skills among them,as well as the parents of the students,involved in the football game management organization,football clubs,football game-related personnel and the audience and other stakeholders.(6)the optimization paths of the implementation of the campus football policy in Xinjiang include: The Governance Paths of the organization and leadership system,the coordinated governance paths of condition guarantee,the coordinated governance paths of the campus football teaching objectives,the coordinated governance paths of the campus football training and competition,and the“Integrated physical education curriculum” governance paths of the campus football in Xinjiang.
