| The improvement of the employment quality of off-farm workers is one of the prerequisites for the development of central China,not only can it increase the sense of acquisition of off-farm workers,but also improve their survival status and employability,promote their citizenship and upgrade the quality of urbanization.Through the description analysis of the employment status of off-farm workers in central China,and the empirical research on the evaluation system of the employment quality of the off-farm workers in central China with the help of D-AHP,it was found that the level of employment quality of off-farm workers in central China was low,with a score of only 54.85,the employment stability was best and equity protection was the worst.Secondly,the employment quality of off-farm workers in central provinces was analyzed separately in accordance with the principle of regional division.The results showed that the level of employment quality of off-farm workers from high to low are Hunan,Hubei,Anhui,Jiangxi,Henan and Shanxi.Again,through the analysis of the individual differences,the off-farm workers’ gender,age structure and education degree were analyzed as variables.The results showed that the employment quality of women,the older generation of off-farm workers and those who did not receive higher education was not optimistic and needed to be improved.In order to improve the employment quality of off-farm workers in central china in china’s new normal,it should be based on reality of the central part and take a longterm perspective to establish the real-name registration management platform,set up the guaranteeing and train cooperation mechanism,improve the compensation system for off-farm workers and update the business enterprise principles of management. |
