At present,China's economy is facing major uncertainties brought about by American hegemonism,unilateralism,trade protectionism and the Sino US trade war and science and technology war initiated by its supporters,as well as the creative destructive effects brought about by the rapid development of a new round of science and technology revolution.Structural employment conflicts are prominent,unexpected unemployment risks are increasing,employment patterns and structures are increasing New changes have taken place.In the new form of employment,the employment mode,employment characteristics and labor relations of the labor force have changed significantly,which puts forward higher knowledge and ability requirements for the labor market.This paper will take the new employment form as the background,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the new employment form,to explore the influencing factors of the quality of labor employment.On the basis of summarizing the research status of scholars at home and abroad and summarizing their experience and methods,this paper analyzes the employment theories such as human capital theory and social capital theory,and uses the empirical research method of Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)to discuss from the following four aspects:(1)It defines the connotation and characteristics of the new employment form.On the basis of the existing literature,this paper defines the new employment form in the productivity and production relations,and compares the differences between the traditional employment form and the new employment form in the characteristics and categories,which lays the foundation for the next analysis of the characteristics of the labor force under the new employment form and the factors affecting the employment quality.(2)This paper discusses the characteristics of the change of labor employment under the new employment pattern.In depth mining domestic and foreign scholars on the new employment form and the factors affecting the quality of employment,summing up the mode of labor employment under the new employment form,dividing the types of employment,clearly defining the characteristics of employment in various fields.(3)The influencing factors of the quality of labor employment are analyzed.Based on the definition of influencing factors of labor employment quality by scholars at home and abroad,with the help of in-depth interview data,the existing influencing factors are corrected,and finally the index system that can improve the quality of labor employment under the new employment form is obtained.(4)Take the platform employees as the research sample for empirical research.By using the methods of literature collection and in-depth interview,the content of the questionnaire is determined and the first-hand data is collected.Combined with the structural equation model,the influencing factors of the employment quality of platform employees are empirically analyzed,and the influencing factors of the employment quality of labor force under the background of new employment form are locked.(5)Some suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of labor employment under the new employment pattern.Based on the empirical results of SEM,this paper puts forward policy suggestions on improving the quality of labor employment in the context of new employment form from five dimensions of work characteristics,career development,compensation and welfare,platform service quality and work flexibility.
