As the geometry has been evolved for a long time,the geometric transformation has been applied to various areas.As an important component of geometric transformation,elementary geometric transformation is an essential part of middle school,which is one of the main contents of students' learning.The implementation of the new curriculum reformation urges schools to pay more and more attention to the quality education and all-round development of the students.Based on the mathematics curriculum standard for compulsory education(2011Edition)and the teaching principle advocated by the new curriculum reform,this paper studies the new teaching models of elementary geometry transformation mind in combination with the present situation of elementary geometry teaching.As an introduction,the first chapter describes the background of the research,the present situation of domestic and foreign research,the content of the article,method of the research and the significance of this study;In the second chapter,concepts,properties and characteristics of three kinds of common transformations(translation transformation,rotation transformation and reflection transformation)in elementary geometric transformation are introduced,we analyze the thinking process of solving geometric problems with the idea of elementary geometric transformation,summarize the implementation steps in the application studied through specific cases.In chapter three,surveying the third grade students' mastery of geometric transformation by the questionnaire,we find out that the third grade students' ability to solve the comprehensive problem of geometric transformation is not enough.The present situation of geometry teaching in middle school is reflected by comprehensive analysis of the students' geometric ability,students' psychological characteristics,teaching materials and the aspects of teachers' knowledge of geometry.On the basis of the previous research,the fourth chapter mainly takes translation transformation as an example,and puts forward the corresponding teaching design ideas and programs for lectures and exercises class respectively,with a view to embody the geometrictransformation ideas in classroom teaching and some suggestions are given for the teaching of geometric transformation in middle schools;The fifth chapter as the end of the article,the key content of this paper is summarized and the author's next research direction is described.
