Under the background that the curriculum reform attaches importance to the mathematics thought method,the primary school mathematics classroom pays more and more attention to the thought method teaching.Among them,the transformation thought is the most basic and important one in the mathematics thought,which runs through the whole mathematics teaching content in primary school.As a basic subject in compulsory education,mathematics in primary school is the basic stage of infiltration of mathematical thought and method.It is of great significance for students to study and master the transformation thought.As an important content in the field of "figure and geometry",the teaching process of "polygon area" can well reflect the transformation idea.Therefore,this paper takes "polygon area" as an example,and comprehensively uses literature,investigation,case analysis,observation and other research methods to explore the application of transformation ideas in primary school mathematics teaching.First of all,starting from the concepts of mathematical thought and transformation thought,this paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the application of transformation thought in primary school mathematics teaching based on the theories of learning transfer,Piaget's cognitive development,Ausubel's meaningful learning and constructivism.Secondly,through investigation and research,the problems of students' application of transformation thought in the unit teaching of "polygonal area" are found,which are mainly manifested in three aspects: first,students' transformation consciousness level is low,and they can't flexibly use transformation thought to solve practical problems;second,students' ability of association and analogy is poor,and they haven't developed a good study of carefully examining and summarizing the methods of solving problems Third,teachers' penetration of the transformation thought is not deep enough,which leads to students' inability to solve problems with the transformation thought method,only knowing the topic,and not drawing inferences from one example.Then,combined with the currentsituation of investigation and the analysis of the reasons,the paper constructs the teaching strategy of applying the transformation thought from two aspects.On the level of conventional teaching,the preparation before class: digging the teaching materials and implementing the teaching objectives;classroom teaching: wake up consciousness,establish transformation connection,operate with hands,experience transformation process,combine blackboard writing,reveal transformation ideas;review and consolidate: skillfully establish connection,improve transformation ability,classroom summary,sublimate transformation ideas.In the aspect of problem-solving,we should cultivate students' good habit of problem-solving;train students' ability of association and transfer;guide students to feel the advantages of transforming ideas to solve problems;train students' ability of using transforming ideas to solve problems.Finally,based on the above strategies for teaching implementation,through classroom observation,questionnaires and test papers,the teaching effect is analyzed,evaluated and reflected,and further improvement suggestions are put forward: pay attention to the integration of unit review,long-term adherence to ideological methods,and flexible application of ideological methods.
