| Entering the information society,all sectors of society are appealing for innovative talents,and innovative education cannot be delayed.With the continuous improvement of college students’ learning autonomy,relying on network technology,learner-centered online learning has become an important learning method for college students.In traditional classrooms,teachers teach lessons face to face,students act as knowledge recipients,and teachers and students can communicate directly.In the process of network learning,learners need to use online interaction tools such as QQ and We Chat voice to communicate online with teachers or classmates.In this interaction process,students and teachers do not directly communicate.The learners’ cognition,emotions,and interaction strategies are all more likely to affect interactions.Compared with teacher-student interaction in the traditional classroom,the interactive behavior of online learning is more difficult to regulate,and it is particularly important to study the inherent laws of interactive behavior in online learning.According to relevant research,there is an intrinsic link between learner’s personality and interaction.Therefore,analyzing the characteristics of online learning interaction behaviors of different personality trait groups not only facilitates the development of a personalized learning system,but also facilitates students to actively participate in online learning,promotes innovative teaching of teachers,and develops correspondingly for different students.Teaching methods and evaluation.The main content of this topic can be divided into the following sections:First of all,before the author,many researchers studied and discussed the relationship between online learning interactions and personality traits.Based on this,the author developed a preliminary survey questionnaire.The first part is the basic information of students,including gender,major,education,etc.;the second part of the questionnaire is formulated based on the different dimensions of interactive behavior,and about personality.The feature test selected the Big 5 personality scale.Before the formal test,the author revised and deleted the unreasonable questions in the questionnaire through expert consultation and pre-test.The questionnaire for this study was finally formed.The questionnaire has a total of 48 questions and investigates students’ basic information,interactive learning behaviors and personality characteristics.Secondly,using the students who have a network learning experience in school as the survey object,a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the data and then the data was statistically processed through EXCEL2010.The SPSS software tool was used to perform descriptive statistical analysis and significant difference analysis of the result data.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are significant differences between learners and interaction levels of different personality traits;(2)Significant differences in the number of learners and interactions of different personality traits;(3)Learners and interactive motivation of different personality traits There are no significant differences between the interactive content and interactive forms.(4)There are significant differences in the characteristics of learners with different genders,educational backgrounds,and professional interactions with online learning.Then,the above data analysis results were further discussed,and relevant suggestions were put forward for teaching practice;(1)Personalized learning support systems were developed for students with different personality;(2)Extensive online learning activities were stimulated.College students’ interest in learning;(3)Constructing a simple and practical online learning environment suitable for college students;(4)Enhancing the university students’ information technology knowledge and quality;(5)Improving college students’ online learning ability and optimizing their online learning strategies.At the end of the article,the author summarizes the research results and innovations,and also profoundly put forward the inadequacies of the research work,and made further assumptions and speculations on follow-up research. |
