In the era of rapid development of communication technology and Internet technology,people's way of life and learning has changed greatly.Online learning based on network,with its characteristics of openness and flexibility,has been favored by learners and educational researchers,and has gradually become an important way of learning.As a learning method or teaching strategy,peer-assisted learning can increase the sense of social connection among learners and improve learners' autonomy in online learning environment.However,Peer-Assisted learning is more used in classroom teaching,and its effectiveness has been verified.There are few related studies on Peer-Assisted learning applied in online learning.The effective Peer-Assisted learning strategy based on online learning has not been well applied.In addition,in the online environment,interaction is the core of peer assistance,and learners' interaction characteristics,depth and quality have an important impact on learning efficiency and learning efficiency,High-quality interaction is of great significance to the cultivation of learners' cooperative ability,innovation ability and problem-solving ability.Therefore,how to improve the quality of online interaction has become the focus of researchers in recent years.In view of the above problems,the author combines peer assistance with online learning,analyzes the interaction behavior of peer learners in online environment,carries out a questionnaire survey on peer assistance learning,finds out the problems in learning and analyzes the reasons,and finally puts forward the online peer assistance learning strategy to improve the interaction quality and learning effect of online peer learners,The main work includes:First,under the guidance of the theory of peer assistance,online peer assistance learning activities are designed.Students are divided into groups according to the heterogeneity within the group and the homogeneity between groups to form peer assistance groups.The edmodoplatform is used to build an online learning environment for learners and carry out peer assistance learning activities.Second,after the activity,the data of group learners' interaction behavior is collected,processed and analyzed.On the one hand,content analysis method is used to design content analysis framework based on the five stage model of knowledge construction of Gunawardena,collect and process online interactive content data of learners,and analyze the quality level of interactive content of small and medium-sized groups on the platform,and select appropriate number of high and low interactive quality groups as typical cases according to the analysis results.On the other hand,collecting and processing peer group interaction behavior data,using social network analysis method to analyze the impact of these groups' social interaction mode,member influence and role position on peer interaction quality,and find the internal relationship between them.Third,carry out online peer learning survey,further find the problems in peer learning,and analyze the influencing factors of peer learning.Fourth,combining the results of data analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper proposes a more perfect learning strategy of peer mutual assistance in online learning,which provides empirical reference for the follow-up study of online peer mutual assistance.The results show that the interaction network structure of the class community is sparse,the cohesion is not high,but there is a core edge structure,the overall level of knowledge construction is low,and the depth of interaction needs to be strengthened.The social network structure of different mutual aid groups is different and different.The level of knowledge construction generally stays at a lower level.The group with low interaction quality has low participation,low interaction density,weak group cohesion and low individual centrality,which is in sharp contrast with the high-quality interaction group.According to the results of questionnaire analysis,there are some problems in peer-to-peer mutual learning,such as low level of mutual assistance,lack of effective mutual guidance,low ability of leader organization and leadership,and obstacles in peer communication,etc.,which lead to the formation of theabove interaction behaviors and the formation of group leaders,advantages of core members,organizational management,peer relationship,evaluation methods,incentive mechanism,teacher guidance And other factors.In this regard,this paper proposes effective interactive strategies for online peer-to-peer learning from the four aspects of promotion,promotion,maintenance and interaction quality of interaction behavior,so as to promote the growth of knowledge and the improvement of interaction quality of learners.
