A present,cultural industry upgrades fast and country attaches growing importance to the vocational education,which promoted the rapid’ development of secondary vocational education.But as a result of the problems of the secondary vocational schools in recent years,,such as lowering the threshold for expanding career leads to students’ overall low quality.,especially the obvious management problems to art vocational schools which focus on the art skills to cultivation,students have strong characteristics in terms of individual talent,but it is not very ideal in the aspect of self management.The school emphasizes more on improving students’ skills,and ignores its comprehensive quality training,thus causes students lack of self management in learning,living,and other aspects of the initiative,the independent management ability is weak.Zhongnan Art Vocational School in Hunan province as a case study,through the questionnaire survey and interview with teachers and students,studies the status quo of the university students’ management,explores art school students’ autonomous management existing problem.The research shows that the main problems of students’ self-management in art vocational schools are weak management and poor autonomous management.The reason lies in less efforts of the school in training students’ ability of autonomous management,not enough cultivate consciousness,as well as students’ inappropriate family education way,the school needs to be optimized in the management idea,and large social negative factors also have a negative impact.This study pointed out that the art vocational school students’autonomous management must first based on the students themselves,through schools’,parents’ and other proper guidance and education,thus let the students correctly know himself and set reasonable learning goals,establish responsibility consciousness,cultivate the self-confidence,and to inspire the self-management consciousness,independent management ability in order to achieve the goal of ascension.Creating art students’unique campus culture and environment with special significance,through subtly infusion to students self-management consciousness,and other ways to cultivate the students’ ability of self-management.
