Research On Township Public Cultural Construction

In general,public culture and individual daily life,cultural services and production of cultural units are closely intertwined in the cultural space.The development of public culture is conducive to reshaping the public life of the entire society and reconstructing the ideological public cognition and value appeal.At present,China ' s public cultural development still suffers from problems such as backward infrastructure of public cultural services,low total amount of public cultural service resources,low quality,unbalanced development of public cultural services in urban and rural areas,and lack of long-term mechanism for public cultural services.This article selects Qijiaping Town as a field point and describes the government ' s top-down public cultural construction,including public cultural institutions,public cultural construction content,and civil bottom-up public cultural participation,including troupes,square dances,and literature and art.Party,etc.Discuss how government and non-government dual entities jointly construct and participate in public culture.In this,it is found that the local government' s public cultural construction has the problem of lagging behind private needs and insufficient attention to private public cultural resources.Problems such as the inefficient allocation of resources,the author believes that only through the cooperation of dual entities,reconstruct public awareness,construct multiple situations,and promote social participation can effectively solve.
