Students who learn the history of chemistry can further study the basic principles and methods of chemistry,can form the core concepts of chemistry,and then cultivate the key competencies of chemistry.For the history of chemistry,this article mainly studies from the following aspects: the presentation and significance of the chemical history in the new curriculum standard,the teachers' scientific attitudes to the use of chemical history to cultivate students' key competencies of chemistry,the students' knowledge of the content of chemical history,and the related teaching strategies of chemical history to cultivate students' key competencies of chemistry.First,the research background of this article is expounded,and the teaching current situation and teaching strategies of chemical history at home and abroad are reviewed.And the significance of the study,the research ideas and methods are pointed out.Then the relevant concepts are defined,and the relevant theoretical basis is elaborated.The presentation of the history of chemistry in the new curriculum standard and its significance in cultivating the key competencies of students in chemistry are analyzed.Then questionnaires were used to investigate the current situation of teachers' use of chemical history in cultivating students' key competencies of chemistry and students' knowledge of the content of chemical history,and data analysis was conducted.After that,the teaching strategy of chemistry history based on the key competencies cultivation of chemistry subjects was proposed,and two teaching cases were designed.After teaching practice,teaching reflection was carried out.Finally,it is concluded that according to the teaching content of chemical history,teachers can use the teaching strategies of cultivating innovative consciousness,teaching strategies of cultivating scientific inquiry abilities,and cultivating scientific attitudes and socialresponsibilities,etc.In order to better improve students' key competencies of chemistry.
