The reform of education in China has achieved a lot of achievements over the years. Now it has entered a crucial stage of deepening reform.Key competencies have become a hot topic in the reform of education in the world. Our country has also conducted research on the key competencies system of students' development, and each discipline has put forward its own key competencies of discipline. The key competencies of the chemistry discipline is the embodiment of the key competencies in the chemistry course. As one of the contents of the high school chemistry curriculum,“Organic Chemistry Basis” plays an important role in developing the key competencies of the students. In the face of the situation and requirements of the development of the key competencies of the students in the new period, use what kind of strategies on the “Organic Chemistry Basis” teaching,to promote the development of students in all aspects is a problem worth of thinking and researching, and also the main content of this study. In order to maintain the objectivity, scientificity, practicality and comprehensiveness of the research, this study mainly used the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, and comparative experiment method.Through consulting a large number of literature, this paper discusses the background of the research from three dimensions: the international community's research on key competencies, deepening the cultivation of the key competencies of high school students under the background of the new curriculum reform, the status and role of the “Organic Chemistry Basis”.This paper summarizes the research status of key competencies and the teaching strategy of the “Organic Chemistry Basis”,and defines the concept of the key competencies and the key competencies of the chemistry discipline, and the theoretical basis of this paper is systematically expounded from the perspective of cognitive assimilation theory, humanism theory and constructivist theory.Analyzed the content characteristics of the “Organic Chemistry Basis” of Luke's edition, and compiled survey questionnaires from the five dimensions of “knowledge”“customs and methods”,“attitude”,“difficulties” and “evaluation” to understand the students' study of the “Organic Chemistry Basis”.According to the present situation ofteaching, based on the cultivation of the key competencies of the chemistry discipline, puts forward “the model and animation simulation intuitive teaching strategy”,“analogical transfer teaching strategy”,“problem-driven teaching strategy”,“experimental inquiry teaching strategy”,“create linked to real life, society, science and technology of situation teaching strategy”,And each teaching strategy is listed with specific application cases for detailed explanation.Select the teaching content of“chemical properties of benzene and its homologues” from this module, apply the teaching strategies proposed in this paper to design the teaching, and conduct comparative teaching practice.Analyze teaching effects by using learning gauge evaluation and practice feedback evaluation. The results show that the teaching strategy of the “Organic Chemistry Basis”,which is based on the cultivation of the key competencies,is beneficial to the cultivation of students' the key competencies, can stimulate students' interest in learning organic chemistry, effectively mobilize their initiative, and encourage them to produce the belief of learning organic chemistry well, and effectively improve the efficiency of learning. The student's thinking has been developed, and the ability of scientific inquiry has been enhanced, and the awareness of exchanges and cooperation has been enhanced, and the scientific value and contribution of organic chemistry have been recognized.
