Class is the most fundamental and important unit of a school.A successful class management is essential to school management.Class management in different ways,each kind of class management mode has its own advantages and disadvantages.Group cooperative way of junior high school class management often because it can improve students' ability of self management,cooperation management,and can greatly reduce the work burden of the headmaster in charge and get the favour of a lot of teacher in charge teacher.However,in the process of questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that there are some problems in this class management method.How to solve these problems,making the group cooperative type of junior high school class management mode become a way of good classroom management,is one of the focuses of this research.This study analyzes the cooperative class management of a middle school group in a district of Dalian,mainly using the method of questionnaire survey and interview.Questionnaire investigation a total of 500 questionnaires,the recovery of500 questionnaires,492 valid questionnaires,effective recovery rate was 98.4%,the questionnaire recovery rate is high,the effectiveness is strong,the relevant data for statistical analysis of the questionnaire,draw a group cooperative management present situation and existing problems of the class.Interview method by choosing four class teacher interview and four students,understand their group cooperative attitude and views on the junior high school class management,combined with the interview content analysis it is concluded that the final result,further complement of questionnaire survey results.Through to the group cooperative type of class management to conduct a full investigation,found that the group cooperative class management present situation isas follows:(1)Students have a strong sense of atmosphere and interpersonal communication,but they lack a sense of mutual appreciation and communication;(2)The cooperative class management has a clear system,but the method of team leader selection is monotonous and too powerful,which makes other students lack the opportunity to exercise;(3)The content is not clear and one-sided and there is no change;(4)The evaluation method is fair,objective and comprehensive,but the standard is not clear,and the reward and punishment method lacks novelty and cannot be implemented in time.Summarizing and finding that there are the following problems in the class management of group cooperation: the consciousness of mutual support and mutual praise between subjects and the weak consciousness of communication;In the form of management,the selection of team leader is traditional single and too powerful.Management content is one-sided and management evaluation effect cannot be considered.The main reason for the above problems lies in: the cultivation of the consciousness does not reach the designated position,in the form of management is not standard,the choice of the content is not comprehensive,inaccurate evaluation way.To solve these problems,this study proposes to strengthen the group cooperation consciousness education of junior high school class management,standardization of group cooperation type of junior high school class management form,the choice of the full group for junior middle school class management and the content of the diverse groups collaborative evaluation of junior high school class management class management strategy,in order to provide some reference for front-line teachers and help.
