Practical Research On Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

In order to realize the national rejuvenation andthe"Chinese dream" of the rise of the country,colleges and universities must meet the requirements of the times and strive to cultivate talented people with the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship and high-tech quality that follow the trend of the times.In his 19th party report,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out:"Innovation is the first impetus to lead development and a strategic support for building a modern economic system." We should "strengthen the building of a national innovation system" and "train a large number of strategic science and technology personnel,science and technology leaders,young scientists and technicians and high-level innovation teams with international standards." To strengthen college students' innovation and pioneering education is not only the trend of world education development,but also conducive to promoting the employment of graduates and the economic development.At the same time,it is also an objective requirement for speeding up the construction of an innovative country and quality education.This study,based on the guidance of the Party and the state on vigorously promoting the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,taking Hunan Vocational Institute of Industry as an example,through the investigation of literature,questionnaire,interview,field survey and statistical analysis,The status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship in vocational college students,the school has made some achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship education,especially in the students innovation and entrepreneurship contest and skills contest fruitful.However,there are still some problems.These problems are mainly reflected in the lack of understanding of the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the lack of practice platform for innovation and entrepreneurship education,the insufficient number of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship education,the urgent need to improve the quality and the absence of an innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system.The causes of these problems are analyzed.The reasons for the lack of understanding of the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education are mainly influenced by traditional educational concepts and ideas.The concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education has not yet been fully formed.The remaining causes of the problem,both innovation and entrepreneurship education in our country is in its infancy,to complete the above tasks Will take time and enough efforts,also,it will be influenced by policy,infrastructure factors.There are also other reasons.Combining with the actual situation of Hunan Industrial Vocational and Technical College for innovation and entrepreneurship,aiming at the problems found in the research process,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Mainly include:To enhance the understanding of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education for university students,we should learn from foreign advanced ideas and successful experiences in innovation and entrepreneurship education;we should strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship education practice platform;strive to cultivate innovative and capable teachers team;To build a ladder progressive innovation and entrepreneurship education system;to carry out regular college students innovation and entrepreneurship contest and skills contest.
