Research On The Contents Of Sino-foreign Treaties In Middle School History Textbooks During The Period Of The Republican China

Sino-foreign treaty is an important part of China's moderm history and an important part of China's modern social development.During the period of the Republic of China,the movement of various sectors of society through various efforts to abolish the unequal treaties had a far-reaching social impact.All this in the primary and secondary school education,especially in the history teaching is highlighted.In this paper,sino-foreign treaties contents in the history textbooks of middle schools in the Republic of China are studied in this paper.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the analysis of the historical background of the Republic of China,and explores the factors that influence the content of sino-foreign treaties in the history textbooks of the Republic of China.The second part is to explore the writing form of sino-foreign treaties contents in the history textbooks of the Republic of China,and to grasp the structure and writing of the contents in the textbook.The third part is to compare and analyze the specific contents of sino-foreign treaties in different editions of textbooks,thus to get the compilation characteristics ofsino-foreign treaties in Chinese history textbooks in different periods.The fourth part is to analyze the characteristics and influence of the sino-foreign treaties in the history textbooks of the Republic of China,and summarize its historical experience and reference.During the period of the Republic of China,the preparation of sino-foreign treaties in the history textbooks of middle schools was produced in a special time environment,which was closely related to the development of nationalism and education.The compilation of this content reflects the theme of The Times and the writing characteristics of the history textbooks at that time.Although it is unavoidable to have the mark of The Times,it also provides a number of historical experiences.
