In the information age,confronted by booming knowledge,only those who are good at learning,value learning methods and improvement of learning ability can adapt to the trend of times.With the enforcement of new curriculum reform,teachers working in the front line in the whole country make effort to explore how to make students acceptable and eager to learn,which can realize the purpose of effective teaching and benefits students' future at the same time.As a carrier,guided learning plan makes full use of the main learning part: students.It has an obviously good effect and it is widely used.This essay mainly focuses on the politics teaching process when it is conducted by four-step guided learning plan in high school.Multiple methods are used,such as documentary research method,classroom observation and case analysis method and so on.In order to make better use of the four-step guided learning plan and increase the students' efficiency of learning politics on their own,this essay tries to figure out the problems and reasons in such politics class,thus gets solutions.There are three parts in this essay.The first part is about defining the conception of four-step guided learning plan,theoretical basis and its meaning.As four-step guided learning plan itself is a mode of guided learning plan,the first we must define is the conception of guided learning plan.Then,the relationship between guided learning plan and teaching plan should be elaborated.At last,the conception of four-step guided learning plan is clearly defined.What's more,the steps can be adjusted to three or five steps whenever it is necessary during the real class.Under the guidance of educational theoretical basic from home and abroad,using four-step guided learning plan promotes less but delicate teaching of teachers and cooperative study of students,thus making teaching and learning close to life.In the second part,based in real politics classes which are taught with four-step guided learning plan in a high school,the author finds some existing problems: Some four-step guided learning plans have too many exercises.Some are of the same quality.Some are fixed.Some are just formalized.Some pay attention to knowledge while ignore ability and so on.The author concludes the possible reasons may be as follows:Some teachers' ideas haven't been completely transformed.The teaching and learning assessment is still made under the guidance of students' scores.Aiming at the problems and reasons,the third part offers solutions: Firstly,principles of teaching and learning,such as inspiring and motivating students,studying on their own,staying close to life,should be followed.Secondly,from the aspect of teachers,teaching views should be changed.Teaching quality should be improved.Teaching reflection should be insisted.Get help from the information technology.Design question situation cleverly.Thirdly,from the aspect of students,they should cultivate their responsibility for study more and more.Last but not the least,complete teaching assessment system.
