Reading ability is one of the abilities for someone to enrich one's knowledge and broaden the horizon,which is also a basic ability for individual learning.Being at the age of 9 ~ 12 is a key period for primary school students to develop their language,thought and ability.Therefore,it is quite important to cultivate their reading ability during this period.However,according to the current situation about the Chinese reading teaching in primary school,there are still many problems needed to be solved.For example,teachers cannot get the feedback from students in time,it is hard to have individualized teaching,the interaction between teachers and students are not enough,the class time is too limited etc.Under this background,mobile learning is able to combine with traditional teaching efficiently by its advantages--mobility,interactivity and timeliness.In this way,these two teaching mode can complement each other's advantages.In this way,primary students' reading ability will be cultivated more efficiently.It is really necessary to pay attention to it and get it used.By teasing documents about mobile learning and reading ability,we can know that the study on cultivating primary school students' 2nd phase reading ability under the support of mobile learning is in great short.Besides,most of the existing studies are not targeted enough,whose operability is not good,and the studies fail to provide enough guidance to the first-tier teachers.By using survey study method,action research method,document analysis method and observational method etc,this paper uses “LQWa Wa” to study “strategies to cultivate primary school students' 2nd phase Chinese reading ability under the support of mobile learning”.According to the previously-made survey,it is able to clearly know about the current situation on cultivating the 2nd Chinese reading ability;then on the basis of the current situation,design the teaching activities and start the 3-round teaching for one term.Then by a series of methods(including self-evaluation by students,software data analysis,students' interview,parents' interview and class observation etc),do modifications and perfections when practicing 3-round teaching.At last,make a conclusion on the strategies how to cultivate primary school students' 2nd phase Chinese reading ability under the support of mobile learning.Through the study and analysis,here come the following conclusions:(1)the teaching activities and teaching resources shall be interesting and knowledgeable.(2)Perfect the guidance by fragmented reading.(3)Feedback and evaluation shall be timely provided.(4)Class reading and after-class reading shall be well combined.
