Internet plus digital era,the degree of digitalization has been continuously improved,and mathematical phenomena and problems in social life are everywhere,and the ways of presentation have become more and more abundant.Mathematics plays an increasingly important role in the development of natural science,social science and thinking science.How to read "nature's great book written in mathematical language" without good mathematical reading ability.Therefore,mathematics reading should not be neglected in school mathematics teaching.First of all,this article uses literature reading to deepen the understanding of related concepts such as mathematical reading and mathematical reading ability.Mathematics reading is the process by which students acquire knowledge through reading materials.Reading materials should include math textbooks and other extra-curricular materials.After further consideration,the theoretical basis of the study is determined,and it is pointed out that mathematical reading is the construction of knowledge.Secondly,by using the questionnaire and interview combined survey method,the author understands the current situation of high school students' mathematics reading and finds that:Teachers of mathematics pay little attention to mathematics reading and give little guidance to math reading methods;Students have poor attitude in math reading,imperfect reading methods and insufficient extracurricular reading.Finally,based on my own research on mathematics reading,six strategies for cultivating high school students' mathematics reading ability are given: Change the concept of teachers and believe in students' abilities;Change the attitude of students,strengthen the importance of mathematics reading;Develop students' interest in reading and stimulate students' internal motivation;Train the students' language transformation,reading reasoning,associative memory and abstract generalization ability;Develop students' good reading habits in mathematics;Teach mathematics reading of scientific and effective methods,which include first overview reading and then intensive reading,step-by-step and transformation,with the help of a graphic method to read thetopic,use a variety of methods to derive theorem,the reading of mathematical concepts and the reading of mathematical formulas.,etc.The conclusion of the study is as follows: the cultivation of high school students' mathematics reading ability requires both the guidance of mathematics teachers on effective reading strategies and the cultivation of students' good reading habits.
